National Passport

Travelers must file a visa application in the Peruvian Diplomatic or Consular Mission with the following accompanying documents: • Form DGC-5 de visa application • A copy of the identification page from a Valid Passport, with minimum validity of six months • One color photograph, facing forward, with a white background, including (uncovered) head shoulders. Size of photo must be 2 inches x 2 inches or 51 mm x 51 mm. • A copy of the Annual Meetings Registration Confirmation Letter

Delegates, Staff, Observers, Guests, CSOs, Speakers, general Participants and their Family Members will be on OFFICIAL VISA at No Fee, upon presentation of Annual Meetings Registration Confirmation Letter.

Those traveling on national passports from countries not on the aforementioned list, REQUIRE a visa to enter Peru. If there is no Peruvian Diplomatic or Consular Mission in your country:

File size must be less than 500 Kb. • A copy of the Annual Meetings Registration Confirmation Letter • After verification all requirements have been fulfilled, The Ministry of Foreign Affairs will issue an “Official e-Visa”, to allow applicants to board their flights.
