To learn more about the philosophy and history of Ashtanga Yoga? To learn about technical aspects of Ashtanga Yoga? To be inspired in your practice? SankalpaYogi is delighted to be hosting Level II International authorized Ashtanga Yoga teacher, Max Czenszak and his assistant Erika Pinna in Paramaribo, Suriname for a one month Ashtanga Intensive. This is a wonderful opportunity to practice with an Authorized Ashtanga Yoga Teacher in the tradition of Sri K. Pattabhi Jois. Ashtanga Yoga is a

dynamic style of yoga that traces its roots all the way to the source of this tradition in Mysore, India. This Ashtanga Intensive is targeted at those that already are familiar with the practice of Ashtanga yoga and who want to deepen their knowledge and their practice. The Intensive is also wonderful continuation for those that have completed the Introduction Course to Ashtanga Yoga at SankalpaYogi or that have completed the Summer Intensive Program in July and August of 2016. ASHTANGA INTENSIVE 11 May - 10 June Costs: EUR 250,-* THURSDAY 11 MAY 7:00 am – Led class , after class opportunity for first questions to Max. FRIDAY 12 MAY  7:00 am – Led class SATURDAY – 13 MAY 8:00 – led class , first lecture SUNDAY 14 MAY – DAY OFF  MONDAY 15 MAY until 10 JUNE  Max teaches in the morning. Monday – Friday – mysore class 7:00 am Saturday  - 8:00 – Led class and lecture. Last day of workshop will be 10th of June, Saturday – led class 8:00 am and last lecture.

12 May and 13 May Costs: EUR 50,- per workshop* FRIDAY 12 MAY 16:00 pm – Introduction to Ashtanga Yoga method, Chanting class, Q & A   SATURDAY 13 MAY 16:00 pm – Asana clinic , what is Parampara, Chanting class, Q & A  * For residents of Suriname the Intensive and the workshops can be paid in SRD. SankalpaYogi will apply the applicable daily exchange rate.

www.maxashtanga.com Max Czenszak is international Authorized Level two Ashtanga Yoga Teacher in the tradition of Sri K. Pattabhi Jois. An assistant of Sharath Jois and a world traveler. Max has been practicing yoga for many years, dedicating himself to the lineage and practice of Ashtanga Yoga. In 2013 Sharath Jois granted Max his blessing to teach Parampara Ashtanga Yoga and since then, he has been travelling the world and teaching. Among the places Max has taught are Norway, Poland, Egypt, China, Switzerland, Nedherland ,Indonesia, South Africa, Germany and Bulgaria

ABOUT ERIKA www.ashtangaerikka.com Erika Pinna is an ashtanga yoga practitioner at KPJAYI. She travels together Max to teach along side of him and to assist him during class. Erika loves to share her experience and knowledge of yoga to other students who want do the practice and travels to India every year to practice with Sharath and to continuously learn about Parampara.
