This amendment is issued to respond to questions submitted: Questions and Answers - Set 1 Q1: As a result of the PASS Renewal 2015 Request for Standing Offer (RFSA #E60ZQ-140002/B) process, we were awarded a PASS SA for some, but not all, of the Streams. We would like to know if it is possible for a previously qualified supplier such as ourselves to apply to qualify for additional streams during this refresh period closing September 30th? We would like to have a copy of the RFSA and would like to know how to must submit a response - On the CPSS Website? By e-mail? In person? Paper copie? On USB key? And how many copies A1: Yes, suppliers that were awarded a PASS SA (E60ZQ-140002/XXX/ZQ) are able to qualify for Streams for which they have not already been awarded an SA as per Section 1.2.7, Solicitation, of RFSA E60ZQ-140002/C. With regards to how a response must be submitted, detailed instructions can be found in Part 3, Arrangement Preparation Instructions, of the RFSA. Similar to the Renewal solicitation (E60ZQ-140002/B), a response to this Refresh solicitation consists of two sections: a technical arrangement (three (3) hard copies and one electronic copy on CD or USB) and an Online Response Template (submitted electronically through the CPSS Supplier Module - Data Collection Component (DCC)). Q2: I have started to complete the online component for my submission on CPSS under the Open Solicitation “E60ZQ-140002/C” (Closing Date and Time of 2017-12-29 at 02:00 am). There is now a second Open Solicitation “E60ZQ-140002/B - period : PASS Refresh Period 1 : E60ZQ-140002/C” (Closing Date and Time of 2015-09-30 at 02:00 pm). For which Open Solicitation should I submit a response? A2: The Open Solicitation “E60ZQ-140002/C” (Closing Date and Time of 2017-12-29 at 02:00 am) was created in error, should not be responded to and will be cancelled in CPSS. The correct Open Solicitation to respond to is the one entitled E60ZQ-140002/B - period : PASS Refresh Period 1 : E60ZQ-140002/C” (Closing Date and Time of 2015-09-30 at 02:00 pm). If you have submitted information to the former Open Solicitation, you will need to re-submit it under the latter. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged
