Purpose The Agents of Change Conference will provide free training to 250 professionals that provide services and impact the lives of nearly 500,000 seniors and persons with disabilities (SPDs) living in the Inland Empire. Our goal is to motivate service providers to deliver services in an efficient way with topics such as:

Building technical skills base on ADA principles and other disability policy Reconnecting to our Roots: Why do we do advocate for change? Practical techniques that enhance services and bring financial resources to the Inland Empire How can leaders incorporate change in their organization’s policy and provide efficient services for SPDs?

Reconnecting to our roots; finding our passion for what we do; identifying with our clients; and self-direction 101.

Systems Change Training on the ADA and disability policies; develop strategies to effectuate change in partnership with the private sector, local, state and federal policy makers.

Transformational Leadership Empowerment tools for leaders including assessment of style; time saving techniques; Re-connecting and doing the right thing for the client.

Sustaining Change Process improvement strategies that incorporate efficiency with policy and fiscal sustainability in the workplace.
