For Immediate Release CENTERPIECE OF THE CHANGING FACE OF SYDNEY (Sydney, Australia) Tuesday November 28, 2017 – Crown Group’s latest development Waterfall by Crown Group in Waterloo showcases the changing face of Sydney. The latest residential project from leading Australian property developer Crown Group, the $395-million dollar project Waterfall by Crown Group is set to be Sydney’s most natural address offering a collection of luxury apartments alongside nature-inspired residents amenities located in Waterloo. One of Sydney’s fastest growing suburbs, Waterloo is part of the City of Sydney’s $3 billion Green Square rejuvenation. The NSW Government also acknowledge the importance of the area and asked the Waterloo community to have their say on Waterloo master planning in October, with feedback to help inform the continued government investment in the area. Crown Group’s Project Director, Waterfall by Crown Group Prisca Edwards said she was pleased the state government encouraged residents to share their vision for their own community. “The strong growth of Waterloo has been seen over the last few years and projects like Waterfall by Crown Group are attracting many new residents to the area,” Mrs Edwards said. “Having residents’ involvement on Waterloo’s master planning process will help this area to better suit the needs of the local community. I’m pleased the state government is taking on board a range of views on culture and community life, environment and open spaces, housing and neighbourhood design, shops, facilities and transport to help shape the future of this area,” she added. The latest Waterloo master planning process will take approximately 12 months, and will help determine the mix of social, affordable and private housing. The redevelopment of the area will be staged over 15-20 years. Over the last few years, Waterloo has quickly become one of the most desirable suburbs of Sydney. There are all sorts of different reasons for this, from the lively local food scene to new developments such as Waterfall by Crown Group which redefine luxury in city living. However, one of the biggest factors in Waterloo's success has undoubtedly been the area's proximity to the very best of Sydney. In fact, Waterloo has quickly been christened the '10 minute suburb', reflecting just how quick and easy it is to get into the busiest and most popular parts of Sydney by foot, car or public transport. “Crown Group’s highly-anticipated development Waterfall by Crown Group is right in the heart of this prosperous area Waterloo,” Mrs Edwards said. "It’s a great location for residents who travel for work as it’s just 10 minutes from the airport, 15 minutes to the city and 15 minutes to the beach,” “It’s very close to cafes, restaurants and the convenience of major supermarkets – which is perfect for the modern lifestyle," she explained.

“The Sydney Metro is the biggest transportation project in Australia, and is important to the city as a whole; the new station will have an absolutely enormous impact on Waterloo. Demand is already high for apartments in the area, but it will skyrocket when the Sydney Metro’s stage two is complete. Now is the time to invest in this suburb.” When completed in 2024, it will link different parts of the city like never before. It will take just 6 minutes to get from Waterloo Station to Martin Place Station in the heart of the CBD. In addition, the Waterloo Station will also offer: • • •
