“Virtual conference protocol: It's beneficial (and not rude) to (text) chat while the presenter is talking (voice, video and slides). I learnt the ropes to multi-converse -- following many text threads while listening; and observed how a skilled moderator/chair could pick up on these conversation threads to interject public questions. 09/12/2010
