Overall Objective: To develop the strategic capacity of the social economy sector through innovative activities and income-generating services in order to facilitate the integration/ reintegration of 275 people from vulnerable groups into the labour market, thereby contributing to the sustainable development of the NE and SE regions.

This project aimed: -enhancing capacity-building, improving skills, knowledge and self-esteem among vulnerable groups - the creation of nine Social Entreprises focusing on the development and promotion of income generating activities and services favouring a higher quality of social services for vulnerable groups.

Target group: 275 people from vulnerable groups 35 disabled people 31 families with more than two children 15 single-parents 102 women (at risk), 51 living of the guaranteed minimum income 31 people who left school early 10 roma people

Target group: 40 people working on social fiels (social workers, staff from residential institutions.

ACTIVITIES Information, counselling and guidance programme addressed to vulnerable persons belonging to the target group – the experts provided social and professional counselling, information, counselling and guidance services, in order to increase their chances of being integrated to the labour market and boost their self-esteem

ACTIVITIES Training programs for 125 people belonging to the vulnerable groups : Massage Technician Course - 15 persons Chef Course 15 persons Car mechanic course 15 persons Heavy truck driving course, 20 persoane Vehicle driver course, 60 persoane

SUCCESFULL PARTNERSHIPS: Partnerships are a two-way street. Both parties need to be comfortable with the goals, activities, and investment. -Involve the partners from the beginning – write the project proposal together - Set engagement rules and expectations at the beginning of the project. - Evaluate periodically partners based on project outcomes resulting from engagements. - keep key stakeholders informed about any developments of the project
