Semi-Annual Interlibrary Loan Statistics CIRCLE: July-December
January-June
Use this sheet to report statistics for interlibrary loan activity in your library during a six-month period. County all items borrowed, all items loaned, items requested but did not receive and requests to you that you could not fill. Multiple copies and classroom sets should be included. Informal borrowing and lending and estimated counts are also acceptable. Submit completed forms to the SLS office twice a year, once in January and once in June. Forms can be faxed to 315963-4280, sent through the BOCES delivery, emailed as an attachment to
