There are 3 suites available, offering you a wide range of choice, whether a small intimate reception or a large, more formal gathering – for up to 200 guests. Our brochure details the options available to you, however should you require any further information or wish to make an appointment to view the hotel, please contact our events team who would be delighted to show you around and answer all of your queries. Our goal is to ensure that your day meets all your needs, expectations and aspirations. We would be delighted to meet with you to discuss your plans in more detail and find out how we can help to create your perfect day. As part of our Wedding Package we are pleased to offer special accommodation rates to guests who are travelling long distances or those who may simply wish to stay over after an enjoyable time. All our bedrooms have double beds, private bathrooms with shower, and additional facilities for your comfort. Upgrades are available to our Executive bedrooms, and to our Junior suites. We also offer a honeymoon package which can include flowers, champagne, chocolates and strawberries in your room. Guests staying at the hotel are able to enjoy our leisure club with its indoor swimming pool, squash court, gym, sauna and Jacuzzi. The hotel’s location is perfect for easy access by road, with parking onsite and by public transport, being close to East Croydon Mainline station and the Tram line. VENUE INFORMATION The Centennial Suite

Accommodation

The hotel’s main function suite, The Centennial Suite, is suitable for all types of weddings and events, and can cater for up to 200 guests. It offers fabulous floor space and there is the option of having a dance floor if required.

The hotel is a 2 minute walk from East Croydon Mainline Railway Station and offers 211 guest rooms. The accommodation ranges from Standard, Executive and Junior Suites.

The suite can be divided into three sections, to cater for smaller events and is ideal for accommodating a wide variety of different types of ceremonies and occasions.

All wedding guests are invited to make the most of the evening’s celebration and reserve one of our guest rooms for the night of the event, from just £75.00 per room, including breakfast. Terms and conditions apply. Subject to availability

It offers a large foyer area with a private bar if necessary, which is an ideal space for a reception area, for photographs to be taken and for arrival drinks to be served. The Johnson & Lindbergh Suite Perfect for a small & more intimate celebration each of these suites can cater for up to 40 guests. There is the option of accessing both rooms via a connecting door. Both these rooms benefit from natural daylight and also offer the option of a private bar & dance floor.

H2O Leisure Club Treat yourself to some relaxation time and get away from it all before your special day at H2O Leisure Club, which is situated on the ground floor of the hotel and offers guests an indoor swimming pool, children’s pool, Jacuzzi, squash court, a gymnasium and a sauna.

GUEST ACCOMMODATION For guests wishing to make the most of the evening’s celebration at the Croydon Park Hotel with an overnight stay and breakfast, we have a special wedding accommodation rate to offer friends and family. Having an overnight stay at the hotel, guests can benefit from use of residents bar which is open till 1am, a full English breakfast the following morning in Oscars Restaurant and use of the hotel’s H20 Leisure Club facilities including indoor swimming pool, children’s pool, Jacuzzi, sauna, gymnasium and squash court. Wedding Accommodation Rates 1 Night Stay from £75.00* Bed and Breakfast single occupancy 1 Night Stay from £85.00* Bed and Breakfast double or twin occupancy *Prices are subject to availability, this rate is not guaranteed. Those wishing to upgrade to our newly refurbished bedrooms which you will benefit from a king size bed, DVD player, access to the Executive Lounge, free entrance into the hotel’s H2O Leisure Club plus robes and slippers. Supplement price of £15.00 per room per night. Check in time is from 3.00pm, however if you wish to check in earlier, please contact reception one day prior to your day of arrival. Check out is by midday the following morning. After midday a charge of £15.00 per hour will apply. A late check out can be arranged subject to availability please speak to reception when you check in. Car Parking The hotel has a car park on site. Spaces are subject to availability & cannot be reserved. All your guests will be entitled to 2 hours complimentary. Afterwards, a charge of £2 per hour on the day of your wedding will be applied. FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS… How many people can you accommodate for a sit down meal?

Can we have photos taken at the hotel? Yes, you are welcome to take photos in your fucntion room & all public areas of the hotel.

We can accommodate 200 guests with tables on your dance floor, which can be cleared after your wedding breakfast. A maximum of 160 guests will apply if you do not want tables on the dance floor. The above numbers include your top table.

What time is the music and bar available until? Music to stop & bar to close at 12:30 am. However any residents staying in the hotel can order extra beverages to your room after this time.

Can we provide our own wedding caterers? Yes, a self catering package is available. Please contact a member of our events team for further details.
