Paragraph 28 of the NPPF does not make an exception for this type of development, particularly as it is advertising a business in Bozeat, 5 miles away in the neighbouring county of Northamptonshire. The advertising trailer will have detrimental visual impact on a gateway entrance to the town. Granting permission for this would set a precedent for further such applications. f. 15/00835/FUL - 101 High Street Olney MK46 4EF Insertion of 1 dormer window and 1 conservation rooflight to rear elevation roof RESOLVED: That the council has no comments on this application g. 15/00841/FUL - 112 High Street Olney MK46 4BE Demolition of existing conservatory and erection of a single storey rear extension; replacement of front window and new roof light to existing dwelling RESOLVED: That the council has no comments on this application
