Minutes of the meeting of Olney Town Council Planning Committee held on Monday 11 January 2016 at 7:00 pm in the Olney Centre Present: Councillors Stephen Clark, Jeremy Rawlings, Deirdre Bethune, John Boardman, Tony Evans, Chris Shaw, Joe Stacey Also present: Councillor Peter Geary In attendance: Liam Costello (Town Clerk)

To approve the minutes of the meeting held on 14 December 2015 RESOLVED: That the minutes of the meeting held on 14 December 2015 be approved and signed by the chairman as a correct record

To receive the list of recent planning decisions. RESOLVED: To note the list

RESOLVED: That a condition be imposed that the extension will only be used for ancillary residential purposes in connection with the main dwelling, and not as a separate unit of accommodation. c.

15/03077/FUL - 14 The Pyghtle Olney MK46 5PS Removal of condition 3 (site access and egress during construction) attached to application 15/00374/FUL RESOLVED: That the council has no objection in principle to the removal of the condition, but that prior to any development taking place, the applicant reach agreement with Olney Town Council, as landowner of the adjacent land, as the use of access over our land. Such agreement to include:      

that the use of said access be restricted to the delivery of large items; no parking of vehicles on town council land; protection of existing trees; protection of surface; reinstatement of boundary of property at the end of development, including the removal of any temporary access; and the placement of a bond with the town council to cover any damage to town council property.
