Mayor Neese to host 2nd Annual Family Fun Ride ELKHART (October 20, 2017) – Mayor Tim Neese invites the community to join in Elkhart’s second annual Family Fun Bike Ride on Saturday, November 4. The 11-mile Family Fun Ride will start at the Civic Plaza at 1:00 p.m. The mayor will lead the route along the St. Joseph River through several Elkhart parks. Participants will take a brief refreshment break at Walker Park, where free bottled water and fresh fruit will be provided. The ride will end back at the Civic Plaza. Mayor Neese would like to thank the Elkhart Bicycle Shop and Martin’s Super Markets for their continued support of the event. The ride is free and open to the public. Registration is not required.
