OFFICIAL RULES, TERMS & CONDITIONS The Ultimate Dream Wine Vacation to Greece Giveaway ("Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Domaine Porto Carras (“Sponsor”). This sweepstakes is governed by these official rules, terms and conditions (“Official Rules”). No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. By participating in the sweepstakes, each entrant agrees to abide by these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements, and understands that the results of the sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor and its agents, are final in all respects.
No purchase is necessary; a purchase will not increase your chances of winning. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received. Prizes may be subject to tax; all applicable taxes are the responsibility of the winner. CONTEST PERIOD: Sweepstakes period is from 9:00 a.m. PST, February 1, 2015 to 5:00 p.m. PST, April 30, 2015 ("Sweepstakes Period"). Enter the Sweepstakes through the Domaine Porto Carras Facebook Page (www.facebook.com/portocarraswine). Once all necessary entry form fields are properly complete, click the “Submit” button to enter the sweepstakes. Limit one (1) entry per person. Entries received from any person or email address or household in excess of the limitation will be void.

INDEMNIFICATION AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: By entering the sweepstakes, each entrant agrees to indemnify, release and hold harmless sponsor and its parent, affiliate and subsidiary companies, the Facebook platform, administrator, advertising and promotional agencies, and all their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents from any liability, damages, losses or injury resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from that entrant’s participation in the sweepstakes and the acceptance, use or misuse of any prize that may be won. Sponsor and its parent, affiliate and subsidiary companies do not make any warranties, express or implied, as to the condition, fitness or merchantability of the prize. Sponsor and its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotional agencies, and all their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents disclaim any liability for damage to any computer system resulting from access to or the download of information or materials connected with the sweepstakes. DISPUTES: Entrant agrees that: (i) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or any prizes awarded, other than those concerning the administration of the Sweepstakes or the determination of winners, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (ii) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved exclusively by the sponsor any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (iv) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.
