Availability We mostly update and monitor our Twitter account during office hours, Monday to Friday, 10am – 6pm. Twitter may occasionally be unavailable and we accept no responsibility for lack of service due to Twitter downtime. Direct Messages and @Replies However much we’d love to, we are not able to reply individually to all the messages we receive via Twitter. We welcome feedback and ideas from all our followers, and join the conversation where possible. A retweet or being followed by us does not imply endorsement. We will try to read all @replies and Direct Messages and ensure that any questions or helpful suggestions are passed to the relevant people in the Barbican. The best way to contact us for urgent enquiries can be found in the Contact Us section of our website.
