Licenses and Administrative Notes  Licenses Pilgrim Hall Museum, 75 Court Street, Donna Curtin is requesting a One Day Wine and Malt License for a Ribbon Cutting being held on July 26, 2018 from 4:00pm to 6:00pm at the Museum. Plymouth Bay Cultural District, Andrew Botieri is requesting an Amplified Music Permit for the use of Microphones for a Play being held on August 19, 2018 from 7:30pm to 9:30pm at 134 Court Street. Four String Films, 16 Sconticut Neck Road, Fairhaven, Jon Dorn is requesting an Amplified Music Permit for Acoustic Nights Summer Concert Series being held on August 1, 2018 and September 1, 2018 from 6:00pm to 9:00pm at 134 Court Street. South Shore Community Action Council, 71 Obery Street, Brenda Green is requesting an Amplified Music Permit for their Annual Pumpkin Run being held on November 3, 2018 from 9:00am to 12:00pm at Nelson Park. The Massachusetts State Lottery Commission will approve a Keno to Go License for Clements Marketplace, 709 State Road, Unit 120. If the Board objects, it must claim its right to a hearing before the MSLC within 21 days of receipt of letter. Plymouth Country Club, 221 Warren Avenue is requesting a Change of Manager to Todd A. Green. Plymouth Area Chamber of Commerce, Amy Naples is requesting to Amend their One Day Wine and Malt License (approved on July 10, 2018) to a One Day All Alcohol License for a VIP Reception being held on July 19, 2018 from 7:30pm to 10:00pm aboard the Draken Viking Ship at Town Wharf.

 Administrative Notes 1. The Board will vote to endorse the decision of the Roads Advisory Committee to deny the third Snow Plow Request from Karl Anderson dated May 14, 2018 for the Town of Plymouth to provide Snow Plow Services to Anderson Way. 2. The Board will vote to endorse the decision of the Roads Advisory Committee to deny the Snow Plow Request from the residents of Summer Hill Condominiums dated April 30, 2018 for the Town of Plymouth to provide Snow Plow Service for Marc Drive. 3. The Board will grant Exclusive Vendor Rights to The Chamber of Commerce for the Plymouth Waterfront Festival being held on August 25, 2018 which is held within Water Street, Brewster Gardens, and at Jenney Grist Mill. 4. The Board will vote to approve the Industrial Pretreatment Program (IPP) Local Limits Changes as recommended by the Plymouth Water Department. 5. The Board will authorize the Chairman to issue a Memorandum to the Zoning Board of Appeals regarding the process by which an applicant may file for projects that involve the use of Town-Owned property. 6. The Board will vote to reappoint Christy Murphy to the Building Committee for a term beginning immediately and ending on June 30, 2021. 7. The Board will vote to reappoint Robert A. Fournier to the Historic District for the Architect Designee position for a term beginning immediately and ending on June 30, 2021. 8. The Board will vote to reappoint Julie Burkhard to the Cultural Council for a term beginning immediately and ending on June 30, 2019. 9. The Board will vote to reappoint Samantha Nichols to the Affordable Housing Trust for a term beginning immediately and ending on June 30, 2021. 10. The Board will vote to appoint Julie Burrey to the Historic District for the Historian Designee position for a term beginning immediately and ending on June 30, 2021. 11. The Board will vote to open the Annual Fall Town Meeting Warrant on July 31, 2018 at 7:30am and close the Warrant on August 10, 2018 at noon. 12. The Board will vote to approve and execute the Warrant for the 2018 State Primary being held on September 4, 2018. 13. The Board will approve the Open Meeting Minutes from the June 5, 2018 Selectmen’s Meeting. 14. The Board will vote to accept the Deed as presented for an Easement from Pinehills LLC as voted and approved under Article 14 and 15 of the 2018 Spring Special Town Meeting. 15. The Board will vote to accept the Deed as presented for an Easement from One Corner Lot LLC as voted and approved under Article 22 of the 2018 Spring Annual Town Meeting.

16. The Board will vote to adopt the Order of Taking by the inhabitants of the Town of Plymouth of certain parcels of land on Billington Sea Road. 17. The Board will vote to adopt the Order of Taking for the purpose of acquiring Permanent Easements to complete the layout and acceptance of the following: o Ashberry Street o Compton Court o Daniel Circle o Debbie Court o Moraski Lane o Ouimet Lane o Peter Road o Pimental Way o Powell Street o Treetop Way
