PRODUCT DETAILS Nevins Cue Collection includes Mobile Pedestals, Wall Mount Credenzas and free standing Floor Credenzas that offer a variety of open, closed and blended storage solutions.

Sizes and Compartments/Shells The Mobile Pedestals are 20"W x 16"D x 20"H. Nevins Low Credenzas are 16" deep, 20" high and are available in 4 different lengths, including 36", 48", 72" and 84". Credenzas 48", 72", 84"L include a 3/4" interior dividing partition to form separate compartments/shells. Credenzas 36"L have 1 compartment/shell.

PRODUCT DETAILS Cabinet Base Low Wall Credenzas have a finished bottom; finish matches the cabinet face finish. Low Floor Credenza include 2"H brushed aluminum legs. All bottom drawers include a 1 5/8", white plastic swivel caster mounted on the underside (center‐ front) of the drawer for easier opening and to prevent tipping under heavy loads. The Low Mobile Pedestal includes (2) locking (front) and (2) non‐locking (rear), twin wheel 2" black casters. The bottom drawer includes a 1 5/8", white plastic swivel caster mounted on the underside (center‐front) of the drawer for easier opening and to prevent tipping under heavy loads.

Wire Chase Cutouts Optional Wire Chase cutouts (3"H x 1 1/2"W) in the dividing partitions, to route wires from one shell to another, are available.

Exterior Surface

Seat Cushions

The Mobile Pedestal and Low Credenza's exterior is surfaced in laminate or maple/cherry veneer and has a 3/4" mitered self edge. Specify a single exterior finish for the cabinet face and wrap (top and end panels) or specify two exterior finishes, one finish for the face of the unit and another finish for the wrap (top and end panels).

Optional Seat Cushions are available; Choose from either a full or half seat cushion. The cushion is filled with 1" thick, medium density foam on top of a 1/2" mounting board. Cushion seats shipped installed. Upholstery options include COM, COL or Graded‐In CF Stinson fabrics. Railroad fabric application is standard. Cushion is sewn with single stitch seaming around the top perimeter and vertical single stitch seaming at all corners. Half seat cushions have a tufted accent seam centered horizontally 3.5" from the end of each cushion. Full seat cushions have (2) tufted accent seams centered horizontally 3.5" in from each end and 3.5" in from the cushion center. See additional upholstery information on pages 17‐18.

The Mobile Pedestal has a matching laminate/veneer cabinet back (matches cabinet face finish). Low Credenzas have a white melamine cabinet back; black melamine or an optional matching laminate/veneer back is available by request.

Interior Surface Mobile Pedestals and Low Credenza models LCK and LCL have matching laminate/veneer interior with white melamine drawer boxes; black melamine drawer boxes are available by request. Low Credenza models LCG and LCI have matching laminate/veneer interior. Low Credenza models LCH and LCJ have either white or black melamine interiors; please specify.

Grain Direction Exterior Surfaces

Grain direction is vertical on the exterior side walls and cabinet back; horizontal grain on the cabinet top. Credenza model LCH has vertical graining on the cabinet face. Mobile Pedestals and Credenza models LCI, LCJ, LCK and LCL have horizontal graining on the cabinet face. Interior Surfaces

Interior cabinet grain direction is horizontal for the shelving, back and the cabinet bottom; vertical for side walls and dividing partitions.

Shelving All open storage shelves are fixed. An adjustable shelf is included in all shells concealed by doors. Adjustable shelves adjust on 1 1/4" increments. Model LCH credenzas include 8 adjustment positions. Credenza model LCI include 3 adjustment positions.

Drawers Drawers operate smoothly using full extension, ball bearing suspension. Optional file hanger kits are available for the bottom drawer(s) of Mobile Pedestals and Low Credenza Models LCJ, LCK and LCL. All bottom drawers include a swivel caster wheel, mounted on the underside (center‐front) of the drawer for easier opening and to prevent tipping under heavy loads.

3 MATERIAL and FINISHES

Wall Mounting Hardware (Low Wall Credenzas) The cabinet back of the Low Wall Credenza is recessed 3/8" for flush, against‐the‐ wall mounting. The suspension hardware is a two‐part, interlocking, screw‐on rail system constructed of all steel. The rails contain multiple round and oval punches in the wall track for easy stud positioning. The cabinet mounting rail is shipped installed on the credenza back; the wall rail is field installed. It is required that installation of this product be performed by a qualified and experienced installer. Due to vast differences in building materials, wall anchors and fasteners are not provided by Nevins. It is the responsibility of the installer to provide the proper wall fasteners. Improper installation of this product could result in damage to the product, other equipment, or personal injury. Nevins cannot be held responsible for damage to equipment or personal injury resulting from improper fastening.

MATERIALS and FINISHES Cabinet Core The cabinet interior case, back, dividing partitions, shelves and drawers are constructed of 3/4" high density, 45 lb. industrial grade particleboard or medium density fiber board (MDF). The exterior credenza top and sides are of 3/4" high density, 45 lb. industrial grade particleboard or medium density fiber board (MDF). All particleboard or MDF used in the construction meets are exceeds ANSI A208.1 and California Air Resources Board (CARB) Regulation 93120.2 Phase 1 and Phase 2 emission limits.

High Pressure Laminate The lamination process consists of laminate being adhered to the core material under pressure with a water‐based, formaldehyde‐free, low VOC adhesive. Select products have black or white melamine interiors.

Samples Samples of all laminates are available directly from the laminate manufacturer.

Care and Maintenance for Laminates Clean plastic laminates with mild soap and warm water. Do not use steel wool, hot water, or any abrasive cleaning product.


Nevins veneer casegoods are constructed of flat cut, book‐matched, architectural grade maple or cherry veneer. The veneer is stained with a penetrating wood dye, followed by two coats of high solids pre‐catalyzed lacquer. The finish is hand sanded between coats of lacquer. Veneers have a semi‐open pore finish with a 35% sheen.

Care and Maintenance for Veneer and Wood Treat with care, as you would with any fine furniture. Coasters should be used under glasses. We recommend damp dusting and occasional cleaning with a soft cloth and a high grade furniture polish that does not contain silicone.

Nevins upholstered seat cushions are available with Graded‐In C.F. Stinson fabrics or with the Customer's Own Material (COM) or Leather (COL). See cushion seat construction information on pages 17‐18.

Upholstery Application All fabrics, including Graded‐In, COM and COL will be cut, seamed and applied at the discretion of the factory. Railroad application is the standard method. Any special instructions regarding the application of the fabric (pattern, direction, face side, etc.) must be indicated on your order. In the absence of instructions, Nevins will apply the fabric at our own discretion, without liability.

Fabric and Leather Imperfections Nevins reserves the right to reject any fabric deemed unsuitable for upholstery purposes. Nevins inspects fabrics for mill imperfections, however, Nevins will not be held responsible for defects, color inaccuracies, dye lot variations or other such flaws. Leather is a natural product. Imperfections such as wrinkles and scars are considered normal and acceptable. Nevins is not responsible for the placement or appearance of these markings. Customer's leather must meet minimum standards of no more than three defects per hide. Imperfections that penetrate the hide, large marks, brands, excessively healed‐over scars or scratches, burns and excessive fat wrinkles are considered unacceptable defects.

Puddling Puddling may occur as a result of certain climate conditions and/or the natural stretch inherent in fabrics and leathers. Puddling is not a flaw in the fabric, leather or manufacturing process. Nevins cannot predict or be responsible for how upholstery wears in an installation setting and does not guarantee against puddling.

Fabric Warranty Nevins will not be held responsible for wear, fading, performance, appearance, behavior, flame retardency or durability of any fabrics or leather whether supplied by the Customer or by Nevins. Graded‐In, COM or COL fabrics are not covered under Nevins Warranty.

Striped or Patterned Fabric For striped or patterned fabrics, specify vertical or horizontal application. In the absence of instructions, Nevins will apply the fabric pattern at our own discretion without liability.

Pattern Matching Should a COM be striped or have a pattern repeat requiring matching, a matching charge may apply. Please contact Nevins Customer Service Department.

Reversible Fabrics For reversible fabrics, a swatch of the COM must be provided to Nevins, clearly indicating which side should be exposed. In the absence of instructions, the factory will apply material at their own discretion without liability.

Backing Requirements Not all fabrics are suitable for upholstery and some may require an acrylic backing to prevent unraveling or stretching. This is determined when the fabric arrives and is inspected. When this occurs, the customer will be notified of the applicable fees. 3a) COM Recommended Yardage Requirements The yardage requirements listed herein are for one cushion seat. Yardage requirements listed are for non‐directional fabrics based on 54" wide fabric. Generally, additional yardage is required if fabric is striped, patterned, requires matching, or if width of material is less than 54" wide. Please use the additional yardage requirement chart below to determine COM yardage / COL square footage requirements. Add the percentage shown on the chart to the standard yardage requirement. The below chart must be considered as an estimate only. Nevins is not responsible for overages or if additional yardage is required. Multiple Quantities When ordering multiple quantities, yardage requirements may be reduced. Please contact Nevins Customer Service Department for yardage requirements on multiple quantities.

Customer COM/COL Upon receipt of a COM/COL order, Nevins will provide COM/COL shipping instructions. COM/COL orders cannot be scheduled for production or acknowledged with a ship date until the upholstery has been received, inspected and approved by Nevins. All COM/COL shipments must be shipped prepaid.

All square footage requirements are based on usable footage; the shape of the hide and the usable , clean footage may make it necessary for us to request more leather after COL is received.
