The Role: As the successful candidate, you will be actively involved in the Airport Authority’s Capital Program. Reporting to the Manager Airport Development, you will be responsible for project development and delivery (supervision, coordination and management), planning and design of construction and restoration projects relative to the Airport’s infrastructure and facilities. You will be involved in all aspects of construction engineering and management, day to day project management activities and responsibilities in support of the Airport’s Capital Program. As well as assisting with the Airport Authority’s Terminal Operations Support. Post-Secondary Education at the University or College level in Engineering Minimum 3 Years of Project Management construction site experience Experience in developing and managing a Capital Budget Ability to interpret complex documents, including regulations, standards and legislation Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and in managing projects to completion Strong safety awareness, and a demonstrated ability to manage projects in a safe manner Excellent Communication, Organizational and Interpersonal Skills Proficient computer experience, with working knowledge of MS Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point Customer service oriented and a professional approach; ability to interact with all levels both internally and externally
