FAQ What is the ZAPP25 Promotion? From 5:00 p.m. CST 1 April 2017 to 3:59 p.m. CST 15 September 2017, your customers’ membership fees will be reduced by 25 percent.
Does this apply to all DreamTrips Members? No. This promotion is exclusive to customers who are registered in South Africa, Botswana, Kenya and Zimbabwe.
Do the reduced membership fees apply to both new and existing customers? Yes. All customers registered in South Africa, Botswana, Kenya and Zimbabwe will pay the reduced membership fees (plus VAT where applicable) during the promotional period.
Does it include initial and monthly membership fees? Yes. There will be a 25 percent reduction for both the initial and monthly membership fees.
Does this promotion affect my RBS fees?
Will points still be awarded for enrolment as a DreamTrips Member and in the DreamTrips Rewards programme? Yes. Points awarded at enrolment (excluding the points awarded for the first month’s membership fee) are usable immediately upon enrolment as a DreamTrips Member and enrolment in the DreamTrips Rewards programme. Enrolment points expire after one year.
Will these fee changes affect how my customers accumulate monthly DreamTrips Points? You’ll still get one DreamTrips Point for every U.S. dollar spent on the initial enrolment and monthly fees. Points will still accumulate based on membership level for each monthly membership payment, mature after 12 months of valid membership and expire one year after they have matured.
How does this promotion work for customers who have their monthly fees waived through Get Four Pay No More? Customers who have referred four or more customers will continue to earn DreamTrips Points equal to the value of the waived monthly fees.

What should my customers expect at the end of the promotion? Your customers’ memberships will remain Active, and they will revert to paying the normal fees based on their current membership level.
