Set Up •  All players are in a tight grid and all have a ball. •  Players move about randomly but generally stay in same spot. Restrictions •  Players do the move between 3 pendulum touches •  Must do exercise perfect and as fast as possible •  Evolve to 15 second rest between and 30 second work. •  Evolve to double time speed for 15 seconds. •  At end incorporate a medley or assorted or grand finally. •  Keep it simple – don’t do too many at one session. •  Get 4 or 5 mastered before you move on. •  Promote the players to memorize the names Coaching Points •  bend knees •  ball of foot touches ball •  muscles should be firm and in control (don’t be floppy or stiff) •  look around for vision
