The State College Police Department is investigating a theft from Snappy’s, 535 University Drive. On Tuesday, November 29, 2016, at approximately 5:00 pm, two individuals came in and purchased a carton of cigarettes with separate bank cards. A black female first entered and purchased one carton, then a black male entered and purchased a carton of the same kind. The black female returned for another carton but the card was declined and she fled the store. The first suspect is described as a petite, black female with medium to long black hair that partially covers her face. She was wearing a black hooded sweatshirt and black leggings. The black male suspect had some facial hair and was of average height and weight. He was a gray sweatshirt with black sleeves and hood and gray pants. We are urging anyone who may be able to identify these suspects or have information regarding this incident to contact the State College Police Department at (814) 2347150, by email or submit an anonymous tip through our website.
