Description of the requirement: The Office of the Chief Electoral Officer requires a Data Analyst/Data Modeler to assist with the design and implementation of a logical and physical data warehouse and/or data mart(s). Elections Canada will redesign the data mart to include additional lines of business needs for the dashboard. This requires gathering all business requirements, translating them into specifications, producing logical and physical data models, producing ETL processes to move, transform and load data from various data sources into a data warehouse and/or data mart(s). Proposed period of contract: The proposed period of contract shall be from award of a contract for a period starting

at contract award (estimated to be around March 1st, 2016) to March 31st, 2017 with an option to extend the term of the Contract by up to two (2) additional 12 month periods, under the same terms and conditions.
