April 2016 THE VISA COMMUNICATIONS TOOLKIT The aim of the toolkit is to help UKVI partners inform their customers, clients or colleagues about visas and equip them to answer visa related questions. The materials are updated quarterly to ensure they contain the latest immigration statistics and policy. Applicants, partners and agents should also consult with guidance, which is available on www.gov.uk/visas-immigration
ACCESSING THE TOOLKIT If you want to view the toolkit or download any of the documents you can access it either:
Via the GREAT brand library – you will need to register for an account. Please use
[email protected] as your government contact during registration; Via FCOnet for those of you who have access. By e-mail – some of the toolkit documents are too large to e-mail but most can be sent to you directly.
