Upgrade Downtown is a City of Palo Alto multi-year infrastructure and street improvement project that will include utility pipe replacements, road repaving, traffic signal enhancements and a new downtown parking garage. The project will provide critical, preventative upgrades to core infrastructure so that we can continue to provide safe, reliable and cost effective services to our community.
