So, what can WE do to help ourselves and others become happier?

Tuesday 20th March is the #International Day of Happiness! THINK and share with the whole group:

What have YOU done in the past week that has helped you create a happy memory? What can you plan to do this week?

Practise GRATITUDE!

Spend two minutes with the person next to you taking it in turns to list things you are GENUINELY grateful and thankful for. How many can you get?

Kindly consider!

Tell yourself silently 5 things that you are fantastic at. What makes you uniquely brilliant? (you are!) If you can’t think of anything, ask the person next to you or your teacher.

Happy International Day of Happiness! Take a look at this clip.

“Success is not the key to happiness. Happiness is the key to success. If you love what you are doing, you will be successful.” Albert Schweitzer

Task for the week… Try to do something for someone else that is unexpected and would make them happy.

Have a good day and BE HAPPY!
