R2P Group Ltd. Drop Ship Waiver & Release Form Dear Customer, R2P Pet / R2P Group Ltd. offers “Drop Ship” services for our clients. However, R2P relinquishes all responsibility of theft and/or damage for shipments via this method. R2P Group will provide the customer with a FedEx Ground Tracking number for these shipments. All shipments must be received and signed by an adult over the age of 18. It is the Customer’s responsibility to track and trace the shipment through FedEx and verify delivery. In addition to the best available FedEx ground shipping charge, there will be a handling fee of $5.00 per shipment. By signing below, you release R2P Pet Ltd. / R2P Group from any and all theft and/or damages to these shipments, fully agree and understand the content of this waiver.
