Behavioral Outcomes: Did they change their behavior as a result of participation? 5. Correlated Outcomes: Were they more likely to achieve the desired outcome if they participated? 6. Causation Outcomes: Did they achieve the desired outcome because they participated?

Team up with International Office to offer professional development program. Start with curriculum that currently exists and build from there



Shadow the offering of an international professional development program offered at another institution. With their permission, offer the program at your institution (or borrow components from their program)



Assess participants’ improvement of skills to strengthen your new program
