Print a set of eggs and checklist for each person in the hunt Cut out each egg and place in a plastic egg Hide all plastic eggs throughout the house/yard Each person has to find and complete the full set of exercises (collect each egg in the set) First person to finish wins! www.infitinhealth.com

t u o k EASTER EGG HUNT Wor Exercise Guidelines: High Knees - run in place bringing your knees up to waist level Supine Toe Touches lie on your back with your legs straight up in the air (body forms an 'L'). Use your abdominals to bring your hands to your feet. Single Leg Glute Bridges - lie down on your back, knees bent, feet flat. Lift pelvis off the ground and extend one leg in the air. Dip pelvis down and up for 1 rep. Do 15 reps on each leg.

Let's move! Push Ups - your standard push up. Keep your spine neutral (no arching). Drop to knees if needed. Jumping Jacks - the standard jack. Substitute jogging in place if lateral movements hurt your knees. Supine Heel Touches lie down on your back, knees bent, feet flat on the ground. Lift your chest up slightly to engage abs and alternate moving upper body side-to-side to touch heels.

have fun! Jump Lunges - start in a lunge position and propel yourself up into the air, landing back down in a lunge on the opposite leg. Tricep Push Ups - lie down on one side, crossing your bottom arm over your chest, and top arm with hand placed on the ground. Press your upper body up off the floor, using your triceps. Do 15 on each arm. Military Squats - start standing. Jump feet out to sides and squat down, touching the ground. (Keep back up straight!) Jump back to start. Continue jumping pattern for 40 reps.
