Civil Ceremony If you choose a civil marriage ceremony, we have a variety of options for between 40 and 110 guests. There is a £250 hire charge for all ceremonies at Easthampstead Park*. This allows you to have an outdoor or indoor ceremony. *

THE WEDDING PAVILION As you prepare to walk down the 50m aisle, your guests will be seated awaiting your arrival while your choice of music plays in the background. At the end of the aisle, walk over the little bridge into the beautiful pavilion. Intricate hand-made lamp shades light the pergola with fairy lights twinkling in preparation for your wedding ceremony. The Wedding Pavilion at Easthampstead Park is stunning – probably one of the best outdoor ceremony venues around. (In case of bad weather, a wedding room will always be ready inside the Easthampstead Park mansion.)

THE TERRACE ROOM This room is next to the main lounge with access directly on to the rear terrace area. It has a traditional wooden floor, airy décor, wood panelling and views on to the formal gardens and fountain. The Terrace Room can host a maximum of 110 guests.

TAWNEY / ORANGERY ROOMS This room is split, with the ceremony taking place in the Orangery Room, and further guests in the Tawney Room. The rooms have views to the croquet lawn and a door leading directly into the gardens. They can host up to 80 guests (30 in the Orangery and a further 50 in the Tawney).

THE SYRETT SUITE The main ceremony room can seat 56 guests. It is tastefully decorated with large windows facing towards the sundial lawn. Drinks and Canapés Whether you get married in church or have a civil wedding, you’ll want to spend time after your ceremony with friends and loved ones. Some drinks, perhaps with a few canapés, are perfect while photographs are taken to capture lasting memories of your special day. At Easthampstead Park, all our wedding packages include an arrival drink for your guests - with options including Bucks Fizz, sparkling wine, Champagne or Pimms. You can also offer your guests:

Packages and Prices Over the next few pages you can see the standard wedding packages available at Easthampstead Park and our prices, although we are delighted to discuss any alternative ideas you may have. Due to the popularity of our venue, there are minimum numbers of adults for the daytime packages, which are displayed on our website (www.eastpark.co.uk). Our main wedding packages include room hire (for the main reception room), an arrival drink, three course meal with coffee and a wedding night bedroom for the happy couple.

SWAPPING MENU ITEMS

All main wedding packages at Easthampstead Park include a bedroom for the couple for their wedding night, complete with a basket of fresh fruit and a bottle of Champagne.

The packages will give you an idea of the style of food we offer and the package prices. However, if you have any other thoughts and ideas please email [email protected]

For a small supplement, you can upgrade to the Park Suite.

You can move items from a cheaper package to a more expensive package, eg you can move starter options from the Countess menu on to Marquess and pay for the Marquess package.

BEDROOMS FOR YOUR GUESTS We have 29 en-suite bedrooms suitable for single guests, couples or families. When you confirm your booking with Easthampstead Park, we will send you ’Save the Date‘ cards to send out to guests. On the back of these cards are bedroom rates and contact details for our reception team. Prices start at £65 for a single, £85 for a double or £95-125 for family rooms. These prices are charged per room and include breakfast and vat.

MINIMUM NUMBERS We have a minimum number of daytime guests for the most popular dates – these are on our website.

CHOICE OF STARTER/DESSERT Most venues will insist that you select one starter, one main course and one dessert for all of your guests. We like to be a little different - offering your guests a choice of two starters (must be soup plus one other) and a choice of two desserts (plus fruit salad).

CHILDREN For younger children, we have a menu for £17.50. For older children, or those with a larger appetite, we can do half-portions of the packages (charged at half price).

CORKAGE Our standard packages include arrival drinks, wine with the meal and a glass of bubbly to toast the couple. We believe our prices are competitive so we do not allow guests to bring their own wine or alcohol. Current bar prices are listed on our website.

ROOM HIRE We do not make an additional charge for room hire for the wedding reception. If you are having a civil wedding at Easthampstead Park, there is a ceremony hire charge of £250.

INSURANCE

All weddings at Easthampstead Park must have public liability insurance (minimum £2m cover). Most wedding insurance policies include CHOICE OF MAIN COURSE this cover. We recommend you take this out For all packages (except the Viscount buffet) we ask immediately, as it may insure the main bill payer you to choose one main course for all your guests against compulsory redundancy. At Easthampstead Park, we understand every wedding is unique. We do not tie you down to specific suppliers, so you can get the wedding you dream of. However, we also understand some guidance in finding suitable suppliers can help when you are making your plans. Our website has a list of suppliers we see on a regular basis.

As a venue, we only run one wedding at a time. However, we do sometimes have weekend conferences. We are experienced in managing these events so they will not disturb your special day. To enquire about exclusive use of Easthampstead Park, please contact the sales manager.

The ceremony is over – you are married. You have enjoyed a great meal and the speeches are over. It’s now time to relax and party. The recipe for the perfect evening celebration is creating the right atmosphere, with entertainment which reflects your personality – whether big band music, salsa dancing or a DJ set. Easthampstead Park has a choice of buffets to accompany your evening party. These range from a simple option of sandwiches and nibbles through to a full barbeque, including sirloin steak and desserts. On a warm summer evening there is no better way to finish off your special day than with a barbeque or hog roast on the terrace. In addition, you can make use of our sweet cart, including authentic sweet-shop weighing scales! *

What next? To arrange a visit to Easthampstead Park, please contact reception on 0118 9 74 75 76. Once you have viewed the venue, we are happy to hold a date for you for up to two weeks - allowing you to organise other services such as the Registrar. After this two week hold, a non-refundable deposit of £800 is required to secure your chosen date. An interim, non-refundable deposit of £1,150 is required six months prior to the wedding date. Around four to six weeks before your wedding, the manager running your wedding will meet you to finalise the details. A final invoice is prepared at this time based on these discussions (payable before the wedding).
