Historically, an associate that Level Up Qualifies will recruit 14 times and sell 11 times more than an associate who does not. The importance of our new associates get Paid & Promoted is hard to overstate. The intent of our Level Up Bonus program is to incent existing associates to engage and “own” the success of their new team members; likewise, we want to reward those that do move from Associate to Sr. Associate and on to Manager with a sense of urgency. The Company does reserve the right to chargeback any bonuses paid to new and/or existing associates if, at the company’s discretion, there has been a faux structure built to take advantage of this bonus program.

RULES AND GUIDELINES: The LevelUP bonuses are only available to Associates reaching a level for the first time and meet all requirements. • The Power Team ED who is eligible for the match is determined the month the ED run begins. The upline Power Team ED must remain qualified for ED all three months of the run. • A Power Team Executive Director is a current Executive Director that has qualified 3 or more consecutive months at the Executive Director level. • An Associate who rank advances to Executive Director and maintains Executive Director status for 3 consecutive months for the first time would be eligible for the 3-Consecutive Month Bonus if the Associate maintains the Executive Director level for 3 consecutive months during December, January and February. • In order to participate in any LegalShield Incentive, an Associate must be enrolled in LegalShield Advantage. • Retention: 78% 12-month organizational rolling retention and Associate must be in good standing. • If 15% or more of an Associate’s personal or organizational business was conducted with pre-paid credit cards, we reserve the right to review. • Bonus payments will be paid within two weeks of qualifying for the bonus. NOTE: The Sr. Associate and matching placing Associate bonuses are automatic payments. • Actual number of days for rank advance may vary based on day of eligibility, but will not be fewer than 20. • When an Associate qualifies for a Power Team ED matching bonus but has an organizational 12 month rolling retention value under 78%, they will have another three months to qualify for pay by reaching the 78% 12-month rolling organizational retention. The measurement dates for the retention qualification will be the subsequent three month ends.
