Recent developments in the Oil & Gas industry in Mexico: 1) Publication of prequalified companies for Round 2.4; 2) Final version of Bidding Terms and License Contract for Round 2.4
1. Prequalified companies for Round 2.4 On December 21, 2017, the National Hydrocarbons Commission (CNH, per its acronym in Spanish) announced the prequalified companies for Round 2.4 bidding process. In this regard, all the 29 interested parties registered were prequalified: 16 Operators and 13 Non – Operators organized as follows:

[email protected] Prequalified bidders will be able to request the CNH modifications to their bidding structure on January 18 and 19, 2018.
2. Bidding Terms and License Contract final version for Round 2.4 On December 21, 2017, the CNH published the final version of the Bidding Terms and License Contract for Round 2.4. In this regard, CNH approved one modification of the aforementioned documents, decreasing the Exploratory Wells value as follows:
