ENERGY, RESOURCES AND ENVIRONMENT PROGRAM AY2016 - 2017 Curriculum & Requirements Matrix Check http://isis.jhu.edu/classes for a full list of courses & descriptions. New MA Concentration Requirements (All students entering AY15-16): All MA students must successfully complete prerequisite course, Online Basics of Energy, before starting their first semester in ERE. Students must complete at least six courses for credit within the program—two courses may be cross-listed (pre-approved courses offered by other programs). At minimum, four courses must have an ERE course number (SA.680.XXX). One (680.XXX) course must be designated as an “Energy" course (Blue), AND one (680.XXX) course must be designated as an “Environment” course (Green). Courses highlighted in yellow may count for either designation. New Minor Concentration Requirements: All MA students wishing to minor in ERE must successfully complete at least three ERE courses. Only one course may be cross-listed. At minimum, two must have an ERE course number (680.XXX). Note one (680.XXX) course must be a foundational ERE course (680.697 or 680.698). MIPP Affiliation Requirements: MIPP students must successfully complete Online Basics of Energy before starting their first semester. MIPPs must complete 3 ERE courses (680.XXX).
