Entry Form Collaborative Working Partnership Award This award recognises examples of collaborative working that have delivered outstanding outcomes on one or more new build or refurbishment projects. It rewards integrated processes including building information modelling, that deliver comfortable, sustainable, low carbon, energy efficient buildings that satisfy the needs of the organisations and people who use them. Entries may be submitted for collaborations either within the UK or overseas and should be for projects completed during the period 1 June 2014 - 31 August 2016. The judges will be considering completed entries which are accompanied a full year of operational data. Please complete the entry form below. The headings reflect the judging criteria and the judges will be looking for you to provide the relevant information under each heading.

Judges will be looking for information in each of the sections when assessing the entries. Entries which do not clearly address all the criteria are unlikely to score highly. Any documents, charts or photos should be referenced and included in your supporting documents. The word count for each criteria is not prescriptive and acts only as a guide.

1. Please provide a synopsis of the project and its building performance, highlighting why your team collaborated, why that was effective and how that lead to a successful project. Word count guide: 200 – 300 words

2. Outline how you identified, involved and managed stakeholders e.g. the project team, supply chain and building users. Word count guide: 200 – 300 words

3. Provide evidence of effective collaborative team working practices, common processes such as effective use of BIM, shared IT and project documents, adoption of processes such as BS 1192 as well as effective communications within the team. Word count guide: 300-400 words

4. Detail any active specialist contributions to successful project delivery. Word count guide: 300-400 words

5. How did the collaborative approach help to focus on the whole life value of the asset, not just cost? Word count guide: 300-400 words

6. What measures were taken to assist the delivery of project on time and on budget, in line with the client’s aspirations? Word count guide: 300-400 words

7. Provide one year’s evidence of measured building performance and energy use data. Ideally including a DEC or ESOS report and an entry on the CarbonBuzz website. Word count guide: 300-400 words

8. How did a collaborative approach help to overcome a particular barrier or obstacle in your project? Word count guide: 300-400 words

9. Provide evidence of client and occupant satisfaction with completed projects e.g. testimonials from client or users Word count guide: 200 – 300 words
