Artwork must demonstrate ways to reduce air pollution and may contain words or a message about how to keep the air clean. Print all information clearly and attach this form with your entry. Artwork must include an entry form to be considered as a finalist.

Entry Instructions: Thirteen (13) winners will be selected, one (1) for each month and one (1) for the cover of the calendar. 1. Draw a color picture showing ways to reduce air pollution. Artwork must be your own original artwork. 2. Artwork must be on an 8 1/2" X 11" piece of paper, turned lengthwise (horizontal). 3. Students must live in San Diego County. 4. Submit artwork along with this completed entry form. 5. Do not fold or staple artwork. 6. Ensure artwork is submitted by November 2, 2018. Rules: Limit one entry per person, in grade K-12. No responsibility is assumed by SDAPCD for lost, late, illegible, incomplete, stolen, postage due or misdirected entries or mail. Finalists will be picked by a panel of judges from SDAPCD. All entry materials become the exclusive property of SDAPCD and will not be returned. By entering, participant and parent/guardian of participant represent that the artwork submitted is participant’s original art. By entering this contest, you agree to the Official Rules of the contest on www.sdapcd.org.
