Merseyside Chess Association Junior Chess Congress Saturday 30th June 2018 There will be three sections for chess players (aged U9, U11 and Over 11 on 1st Sep 2017) playing 5 rounds of chess. (Extra sections may be added if sufficient entries are received)
Schedule for the event: From 9:00am – Registration 10:00 – Round 1 commences 15:30 – Presentation Of Prizes
Entry fee £5.00 Parents are encouraged to stay and support their children throughout the day as the Chess Tutors are only responsible for players in the playing hall. Refreshments will be available throughout day.
Venue Merchant Taylors’ Senior Girls’ School. Liverpool Road, Crosby L23 5SP Trophies and prizes for winners and runners up in each section, There is a small car park for use during the day.
