Financing Agreement Rreference: 5800155001551 Project ID No.: P-SD-E00-002 The Government of Sudan, has received financing from the Rural Water Supply and Sanitation Initiative Trust Fund (RWSSI-TF) administrated by the African Development Bank toward the cost of the Water Sector Reforms & Institutional Capacity Development Program, and intends to apply part of the agreed amount of this grant to cover eligible payments under the contract for Consultancy Services for the Needs and Gaps Assessment of the Water and Sanitation Sector M&E and Preparation of the Action Plans The services included under this project are: 1- Literature review 2- Mapping of ongoing and planned activities in the sector M&E 3- Review of current M&E indicators and data generation and management systems 4- M&E status assessment 5- Preparation of action plan, Performance Indicators, and M&E Framework. The Drinking Water & Sanitation Unit (DWSU) of the Ministry of Water Resources, Irrigation & Electricity now invites eligible consulting firms to indicate their interest in providing these services. Interested consultants must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services (brochures, description of similar assignments, experience in similar conditions, availability of appropriate skills among staff, etc.). Consultants may constitute joint-ventures to enhance their chances of qualification. Eligibility criteria, establishment of the short-list and the selection procedure shall be in accordance with the African Development Bank’s “Rules and Procedures for the use of Consultants” May 2008 Edition, Revised July 2012, which is available on the Bank’s website at http://www.afdb.org. Selection of consultant will be on “Selection Based on the Consultants’ Qualifications” Interested consultants may obtain further information at the address below during office hours: 09:00 to 15:00 hrs (Sudan time).
