Ingredients Required: - Two 4oz Medallions Of Pork - Smoked Cheese - Breadcrumbs

Instructions: 1. Bat out the pork and cut smoked cheese into cubes. The mix this with some fresh herbs. 2. Roll into a cylinder shape, dip in flour, egg and breadcrumbs. 3. Then put this in the oven and bake for 15mins at 160°C. Serve this delicious dish with salad or Comber potatoes and you’ve got a quick and easy lunch or dinner!
