Please sign and return the completed form with your deposit. A £10 deposit per person is required within 14 days of making a booking. Only one cheque per party will be accepted for payments. Cheques should be made payable to Northcote Hotel Limited. All deposits are non-refundable and nontransferable and may not be used against any ticket balance or wine pre-order.

Full payment for all Christmas bookings must be received 28 days prior to your event. The following cancellation charges will be levied: Over 28 days prior to your event forfeit your deposit. Less than 28 days prior to your event forfeit deposit plus 75% of balance due. 7 days or less prior to your event, forfeit all monies.

Minimum party size of 6 people is required for an exclusive table. Parties of less than 6 may be invited to join other smaller parties. Northcote at the Rovers reserves the right to amalgamate Christmas events to ensure appropriate numbers, we also reserve the right to move the event to a smaller or larger suite should numbers dictate. All dates will be subject to any re-arrangement of sports fixtures. Northcote at the Rovers reserves the right to change any hire agreement after it has been confirmed in writing. However such notice as is practical will be given and an alternative date where possible will be offered. Stadium Security is a high priority for BRFC to ensure the safety of all visitors to Ewood Park. We apologise for any inconvenience, however bag searches are part of security checks when entering the stadium. We do not allow any alcohol or food to be brought into the suites and this will be removed by Security and confiscated until your departure.
