Follow up discussion and vote on the proposal received for the wastewater system.

2. Set Public Hearing Date and Authorize Advertisement of Amendments to Zoning Ordinance a.

Follow up discussion on the proposed amendments to the Zoning Ordinance. Consider authorization to advertise Ordinance.

The Administration to present Park and Recreation Master Plan

5. Adopt Ordinance for 2018-2023 MS4 Steering Committee Intergovernmental Agreement a.

The Board authorized the advertisement of the Ordinance at a prior meeting.

NEW BUSINESS 1. Accept Resignation of Donna Hess from Township Planning Commission 2. Appointments to Exeter Community Library Board a.

There are two (2) vacancies on the Library Board. The Library Board has recommended Lizabeth Stavenski-Bell and Todd Dierksheide be appointed to the Board. The Administration has interviewed both individuals and recommends appointment.

3. Appointments to Exeter Township Planning Commission a.

There are two (2) vacancies on the Township Planning Commission. The Planning Commission has recommended Daron Colflesh and Jeffrey Anderton be appointed to the Township Planning Commission. The Administration has interviewed both individuals and recommends appointment.

4. Adopt Resolution Authorizing Submission of Multi Model Grant Application a.

The resolution would authorize a grant application for Phase II of the Streetscape Project along Perkiomen Avenue.

5. Adopt Resolution Authorizing Submission of Application to DCNR for Daniel Boone Homestead Master Plan a.

The Administration recommended that the Board adopt two (2) resolutions submitting applications to DCNR and DCED for the development of a Master Plan for the Daniel Boone Homestead. The two (2) applications, if each is approved, would pay for the cost of development of the Master Plan. The Master Plan would establish the core historic area of the site and lead to a discussion with PHMC on the Township leasing the balance of the site.

6. Adopt Resolution Authorizing Submission of Application to DCED for Daniel Boone Homestead Master Plan a.

The Administration recommended that the Board adopt two (2) resolutions submitting applications to DCNR and DCED for the development of a Master Plan for the Daniel Boone Homestead. The two (2) applications, if each is approved, would pay for the cost of development of the Master Plan. The Master Plan would establish the core historic area of the site and lead to a discussion with PHMC on the Township leasing the balance of the site.

7. Approve Agreement for Preparation of Trout Run Master Plan a.

The Township received a grant in the amount of $18,000 for the preparation of the Master Plan for Trout Run. The Administration recommends that the Board accept the proposal from Simone Collins in the amount of $36,000 to prepare the Master Plan.

8. Disposal of Emergency Management Trailer a.

The Administration recommends that the 2009 trailer currently used for emergency management be destroyed giving its mold and moisture issues inside the trailer.
