In order to include a description of your exhibit in the Final Program, your reservation application must be received by Tuesday, February 24, 2015. Exhibit hours may change. If this happens, exhibitors will be notified as soon as possible. Exhibit space should be staffed during open hall hours and activities (we would like exhibitors to meet attendees).

Care of Exhibit Space We ask that exhibitors care for and keep in order all their occupied space in the SBM Annual Meeting poster hall. Cleaning and dusting of the table top booths, display equipment, and other materials will be the exhibitor’s responsibility and these duties shall be performed at the exhibitor’s expense. Assignment of Exhibit Space Placement of exhibitors is assigned on a first-come, first-served basis pending receipt of your exhibit space reservations form at the SBM national office. Cancellation Policy Cancellations received in writing by Tuesday, February 24, 2015, will be refunded, minus a $100 administrative fee. Cancellations after Tuesday, February 24, 2015, will not receive a refund, unless the booth space is resold.

Payment A payment of $550 per exhibit space includes the following: one 6-ft skirted table, two chairs, wastebasket, ID sign in 10-x-10-ft space, and two name badges for exhibit staffers, allowing access to Annual Meeting sessions. Any additional name badges must be purchased at the regular Annual Meeting registration rate. Number of spaces:
