Exhibitor & Sponsor Opportunities The Accreditation Council for Business Schools and Programs invites companies, universities, and individuals with an interest in collegiate business education to participate in ACBSP Conference 2016 at the Atlanta Marriott Marquis. Last year, more than 805 attendees were in Philadelphia for ACBSP Conference 2015. With a growing membership, an increased number of institutions seeking and obtaining accreditation, and our location in the heart of downtown Atlanta, we anticipate attendance will increase for our 2016 conference.

The Atlanta Marriott Marquis, located in downtown Atlanta, offers more than 160,000 square feet of space. The hotel puts you near sites like the Georgia Aquarium, World of Coca-Cola, and CNN. Exhibitor and sponsor opportunities are available to participate in this exciting conference. Specific details are included in this prospectus. Don’t miss a chance to highlight all that your company has to offer to an international membership of more than 1,220 colleges and universities from 58 countries.

Introducing ACBSP

The Accreditation Council for Business Schools and Programs is a membership organization offering accreditation for business schools and programs at two-year community colleges and small to mediumsized four-year schools offering undergraduate and graduate degrees in business. ACBSP has 1,220 member campuses in the United States and 57 other countries. Visit www.acbsp.org to learn more.

Consider These Reasons For Exhibiting

• ACBSP is the only specialized accreditation association for business education at all degree levels. • Faculty at ACBSP schools frequently enter the classroom from the world of business rather than academe. They are looking for tools offered by exhibitors. • Small to medium-sized four-year institutions or community colleges are often missing from a company’s marketing plan. The ACBSP Conference is a cost effective way for your organization to reach these audiences. • Your company will have a noticeable presence not only at the conference itself, but on the ACBSP website, in a listing of conference sponsors and exhibitors, in various ACBSP publications, and on Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn. This is described in more detail in the Exhibitor Package. • Compare our pricing with other organizations. Both packages offer great value for your company.

Who Will Attend?

There were 807 educators in attendance at ACBSP Conference 2015 in Philadelphia. The majority were deans and program directors of the business school or program at their respective campus. The remaining were business faculty members.

Exhibitor Package Companies with limited budgets may find greater value in this package. It includes: • Exhibit space featuring an 8’ x 6’ area with a 6-foot or 8-foot draped table, two chairs and electrical hookup. If requested and space allows, an additional table can be provided. • Exhibit space is in the Marquis Foyer on the same level as conference registration, general sessions, and most business meetings. Attendees will enter and depart concurrent sessions on this floor. Breaks will also be held in this area. •Registration for two people to attend all sessions of the conference and the Welcome Reception.

• Contact information for all attendees one month prior to the conference. • Inclusion of your company’s name and/or logo with all conference exhibitors in the spring issue of ACBSP Update. • The ACBSP Conference 2016 website will feature a prominent listing of all conference exhibitors with links to each website, from the time you come onboard as exhibitor through July 4, 2016. • After July 4, the list of exhibitors will be available in the conference archives for up to two years. Visitors to www.acbsp.org visit conference archives to download presentations and view photos. • An Excel spreadsheet of all conference attendees will be provided in mid-July. Cost for ACBSP corporate or institutional members: Before May 1: $1,250 members/$1,750 non-members. After May 1: $1,500 members/$2,000 non-members.

Your Action Steps

A contract is included in this packet. Exhibit space can be contracted as long as it is available. ACBSP can only guarantee space for 40 exhibit booths. Placement of booth space will occur on site. Space assignments will be made in this order: level of sponsorship support, ACBSP membership, serving previously as an exhibitor and, date of receipt of signed Exhibit Application/Contract.
