Reporting directly into the Senior Experiential Director, the successful candidate will have previous experience of working on high profile experiential campaigns, with specific skills in event logistics, project management, supplier negotiation and management, and onsite event delivery. The Role This is a unique opportunity to be involved with the Agency’s newest account, working very closely with the Senior Experiential Director and Production Director to plan and deliver a very cool experiential campaign for one of the world’s largest brands. Orchestrating internal, external and client teams, you will be given significant responsibilities across core account management functions (client management, project management, budgeting etc) and also a number of more event / production focused areas (supplier negotiation and management, logistics planning, staff briefing and management, event delivery). We are therefore seeking a great all-‐rounder who has experience in both areas and is as confident liaising with the client on a day-‐to-‐day basis as they are speaking to suppliers and formulating event production plans.
Desired skills and experience Client Management • Exceptional client management skills with a proven track record in building trusted relationships • Proficient in client communication and reporting (status reports, contact reports, project timelines etc) with a keen eye for detail and processes Event Planning and Delivery • Skilled in supplier negotiation, contracting and ongoing management – ensuring that suppliers are thoroughly briefed and managed throughout the planning and execution of the campaign, resulting in delivery on time, to brief, to agreed budget and to expected quality standards • Experience in sourcing and managing venues. Specific experience of managing a pop up event within a given venue would be advantageous • Experience in sourcing, briefing and managing staff • Experience in producing, managing and tracking project timelines

• Significant experience of onsite event delivery and day-‐to-‐day event management (particularly brand experiences) • Problem solving abilities with a natural ability to think on your feet, remain calm under pressure and escalate issues as appropriate • Confident producing event documentation for clients and staff e.g. event handbooks, event timing plans, logistics / delivery schedules, stock management reports, post event evaluations etc • Logical thinker who is process driven and operationally minded • A good understanding of H&S regulations, risk assessments and the completion of other legally required event documentation would be advantageous Digital and PR • Whilst this is not your specific role, it would be helpful having a strong understanding of how PR and social media can be integrated into experiential campaigns to enhance the user experience – onsite, pre event and post event • Understanding of how digital and social media can be used to amplify an experiential campaign to a wider audience, beyond attendees • Any event related PR experience would be beneficial, but not essential Financial Management • Commercially astute, with experience of managing tight budgets and adhering to financial processes – Raising of PO’s, supplier invoicing, budget reconciliation. • Experience of using Traffic Live or other account management software would be beneficial (job bags, expenses, timesheets etc) Who are you?
