As a representative for the organization making this facilities request, I agree to abide by all rules and regulations set by Irvine Presbyterian Church governing and/or restricting the use of its facilities. I further agree to pay all fees associated with this request at least 3 weeks prior to the event and to be responsible for any damage done to church property as a result of this event. IPC is a non-smoking facility and the consumption of alcoholic beverages is not permitted.

FACILITY USE INFORMATION: 1. KITCHEN The kitchen areas must be left clean, dishes washed and put away, countertops wiped off and all items returned to their appropriate place. If the coffee brewer is used it is to be cleaned out (please rinse out the coffee boxes and grounds area after use) and wiped off. 2. HOURS OF USE Monday through Friday the custodian closes the premises at 9:30 PM. On Sundays, the facility closes at 4:00 PM. The buildings are to be vacated by that hour. 3. NO OPEN CANDLE FLAME is permitted in any building unless approved by the Director of Operations. 4. SANCTUARY CHANCEL FLOOR No activities or equipment permitted on wood chancel floor in sanctuary that could potentially damage delicate finish or wood base. 5. TICKET SALES ARE PROHIBITED, however, donations can be accepted. 6. ROOM CONDITION Church facilities should be left as originally found after the event. The group signing up for any room must accept the responsibility of picking up all items brought to the room by that group and leaving all tables and chairs clean. Groups doing their own set-up and clean-up, are responsible for vacuuming, cleaning up spills and taking out the trash, etc. The Custodial Closets in JHEEC (by 1st floor girls restroom and by 2nd floor Jack Davis Room) are stocked with a vacuum, a bucket and rags, cleaning supplies and trash bags. The Custodial Closet in Fellowship Hall (in storeroom off of the lobby) also has a vacuum.
