A

ALCOHOL POLICY: ‌Alcohol sales begin from the time the gates open and continue until the end of the third quarter. An individual must be 21 years of age to buy alcoholic beverages and proof of age is required. Everyone, regardless of age, must present a valid ID for each alcohol purchase. There is a two-drink limit per order until the start of the third quarter. After the start of the third quarter, there is a one-drink limit per order until the end of the third quarter. No alcohol will be sold in the fourth quarter of any game. During the Chargers-Raiders game on December 22, 2013 there is a one-drink limit per transaction and all alcohol sales will be eliminated following halftime. AUTOGRAPHS: Players do not sign autographs during games. For information on Chargers in the Community, visit www.chargers.com. ATM MACHINES: Located at Field Level Section 21, Plaza Level at Gate D and Gate F, at Club Level Sections 15 and 27, View Level Section 20 and outside the stadium at Gate A.

B BABY CHANGING STATIONS: Diaper changing tables are located in most of the women’s and men’s restrooms throughout the stadium. Family restrooms are located at Loge 49 and Loge 54. BANNERS: The Chargers encourage fans to create signs to show their support for the team. Banners must be related to the game, in good taste, must not obstruct the view of other fans or interfere with stadium structures and signs. Generally, banners should not be larger than three feet by three feet. BEACH BALLS: Beach balls and other inflatable items are prohibited from entering the stadium. See Prohibited Items for more information. 7

CAMERAS & VIDEO RECORDING DEVICES: Fans are permitted to bring cameras and video recorders into the stadium, provided they are intended for personal use only, do not interfere with other fans’ view of the game and recorded material does not appear on the internet. The taping of game footage is prohibited. Fans are not permitted to stand in aisles or obstruct others from viewing the game while taking pictures. Tripods, camera stands, and cameras with a telephoto lens longer than 6 inches (detachable or non-detachable) will not be permitted into the stadium. CARRY-IN ITEMS: To enhance public safety and significantly expedite entry into the stadium, the NFL strongly encourages fans to not bring any type of bags. Bags that are clear plastic, vinyl or PVC and do not exceed 12” x 6” x 12” , a one-gallon (maximum) clear slider storage bag, and small clutch bags, approximately the size of a hand and not exceeding 4.5” x 6.5” are allowed. Food and factory-sealed plastic bottled water, 20 oz. or less (limit two per person) are allowed into the stadium. All items are subject to search and may not be admitted. CATERING & KEG PERMITS: Any tailgate which provides catered food service or furnishes a keg must provide proof of liability insurance and obtain a permit from Qualcomm Stadium. SDMC 59.0502(a)(10). CHARGER GIRLS: The Charger Girls may be best known for their entertainment on the sidelines at San Diego Chargers games; however, they spend the majority of their time volunteering and working in the community. The Charger Girls would love to be a part of your next event! For an appearance at a golf tournament, grand opening, awards banquet, Monday Night Football event, or fund raiser, go to www.chargers.com/ charger-girls for appearance guidelines and a request form. CHARGERS AUCTION: Chargers Auction is the official on-line auction of the Chargers. It is the best source of unique collectibles, memorabilia, one8

of-a-kind items, and exciting fantasy experiences direct from the Chargers through the NFL Auction Network on eBay. CHARGERS PRO SHOP: For official San Diego Chargers merchandise online, link to the Chargers Official Online Store at www.chargers.com. CHARGERS TEAM STORE: The Chargers Team Store is located at Qualcomm Stadium, Gate G and is open year-round from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm (between February and August it is closed on Sundays). On game days, a game ticket is required to enter. The Team Store closes one hour after the game ends. Contact the Chargers Team Store at (619) 641-6053. CHARGERS COMMUNITY FOUNDATION: Since its creation by Alex Spanos in 1995, the Chargers Community Foundation has been a leader in assisting our schools, supporting youth sports and providing monetary resources to nonprofit organizations and causes critical to our community. Along the way, the Foundation has donated over $11 million dollars to assist with a wide range of programs and services that directly impact youth and families in our county. The Foundation’s largest ongoing program, “Chargers Champions,” provides grants to local schools for badly needed physical fitness, nutrition and athletic programs on area campuses. For more information, contact the Chargers’ Community Relations Department at (858) 874-4500. CHILDREN: Anyone over 36 inches in height or children over two years of age require a game ticket. CLUB LEVEL: The Chargers Club Level features early VIP entrances, wider padded seats, in-seat wait service, four club lounge bars, three unique boutique merchandise locations, and a variety of food and special amenity items. The Club Level is an exclusive level for Luxury Seating members only.

CODE OF CONDUCT: The Chargers are committed to creating a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable experience for all fans, both in the stadium and in the parking lot. We want all fans attending our games to enjoy the experience in a responsible fashion. Fans who demonstrate inappropriate and disruptive behavior, including the following, are subject to ejection and season ticket holders risk losing their season ticket account and/or parking privileges for: • Excessive consumption of alcohol • Obscene, offensive or abusive language or actions • Fighting, or otherwise dangerous, abusive or profane behavior • Unruly or inconsiderate behavior • Indecent exposure or undressing • Wearing obscene or indecent clothing • Smoking, inside the stadium • Scalping or other improper resale of tickets • Interfering with security procedures • Interfering with the progress of the game, going onto the field or throwing any object onto the field or on the stadium premises • Any action warranting eviction and/or confiscation of game tickets by SDPD or stadium security Event patrons are responsible for their conduct as well as the conduct of their guests and/or persons using their tickets. Even if season ticket holders give away or sell their tickets to a game, the account holder is accountable for the actions of those using the tickets. Accounts can be forfeited partially or entirely for violations of the Code of Conduct. Stadium staff will promptly intervene to support an environment where event patrons, their guests, and other fans can enjoy the event free from the above behavior. Event patrons and guests will be subject to ejection without refund and potential loss of ticket privileges for future games for violations of the Code of Conduct. Report Fan Conduct issues. COMPUTERS: Tablet computers such as the iPad, Xoom or Playbook are allowed inside the stadium. Guests may be asked to show the device is functioning by turning it on. Laptops and other large personal computers are not allowed to be brought into the stadium. CONCESSIONS: There are 125 conveniently located food & beverage kiosks throughout Qualcomm Stadium offering Pretzels, Cotton Candy, Churros, Kettle Korn, Beer, Soft Drinks, Espresso Coffee and much more! See page 30 for a listing. Concessions guides are also available at any Guest Services location.

D DESIGNATED DRIVER BOOTH: The Chargers, California Highway Patrol, Centerplate & Anheuser-Busch promote responsible behavior by designating a sober driver at booths located in the Power Party in section F2 of the parking lot and on the Plaza Level near Elevators 1, 2, 4, Stair P and View 25. A coupon for a discount All-You-Can-Drink-soda, a free nonalcoholic beverage or free bottle of water will be provided to designated drivers through the first quarter. DRINKING FOUNTAINS: Drinking fountains are located near the entrances of most rest rooms.

E ELEVATORS: Elevators 1, 2, 3 and 4 are located near Gates B, D, F, & H, and are accessible only to persons with disabilities, the media, credentialed staff, Luxury Suite and Press Level ticket holders. Elevators 5 and 6 are located behind the east scoreboard and are accessible to all fans. END ZONE CLUB: The End Zone Club is located on Press Level at Section 19 and features buffet service. Access is exclusive to Luxury Seating members only. For reservations in the End Zone Club, call (619) 641-6033. 11

ENTRANCE PROCEDURES: For your safety, all persons and their belongings entering the stadium are subject to screening procedures by uniformed security personnel. To aid this process, please remove all metal items from your pockets, including cell phones and keys. The NFL strongly encourages fans to not bring any type of bags. If you do so, please limit the number of carried items. Items may be placed in a clear plastic, vinyl or PVC bag that does not exceed 12” x 6” x 12” , a one-gallon (maximum) clear slider storage bag, and small clutch bags, approximately the size of a hand and not exceeding 4.5” x 6.5”. ENTRY GATES: There are 11 accessible entrance gates for all guests entering the stadium. Gates A, C, D, E, F, G, J, L, O1, O2 and P open 90 minutes prior to kickoff. Exclusive entrances for Luxury Suite and Club Seat members are located at Gates B and H and open three hours prior to kickoff. EXIT GATES: All gates open for exit by the start of teh 4th quarter. Fans wishing to leave the game before the fourth quarter may exit through doors at Gates D, F, H and P. After leaving, there is no re-entry into the stadium. ESCALATORS: There are four sets of escalators throughout the stadium. Escalators at Gates B & J access the Club, Loge and View Levels. Escalators at Gates D & G access the Loge and View Levels. EVACUATION PROCEDURES: In the case of an emergency, you may be asked to calmly exit the stadium. Please follow the instructions for your seating area. FIELD LEVEL Sections 0-11 and 31-42, use the stairs in the back of your section to reach the concourse. Turn left or right and walk up the stairs to the Plaza Level. Exit through the nearest gate to the parking lot. FIELD LEVEL Sections 12-20, 43-45, 56-58 and the PLAZA LEVEL, walk up the stairs to the concourse and exit through the nearest gate to the parking lot. 12

CLUB LEVEL and LOGE LEVEL Sections 45-49 and 54-58, walk down the stairs to the concourse. Turn left or right to the nearest ramp down to the Plaza Level and exit through the nearest gate to the parking lot. SUITES on the LOGE or PRESS LEVELS, exit through the door to the concourse and go down the ramp to the Plaza Level. Exit through the nearest gate to the parking lot. PRESS LEVEL, VIEW LEVEL or LOGE LEVEL Sections 15-27, exit into the concourse and turn left or right to the nearest ramp. Go down to the Plaza Level and exit through the nearest gate to the parking lot.

F FAMILY PARKING: This parking area is ideal for families and friends who choose to tailgate without alcohol. Alcoholic beverages are prohibited. Permits can be purchased in advance, on a seasonal basis, for only $20 per game. FAMILY SECTION: The Chargers have dedicated View Level Sections 5458, Rows 5-26 to the enjoyment of families. Alcohol and abusive language are not allowed in this area. FAMILY RESTROOMS: Single-stall restrooms are located at Loge 49 and Loge 54 and are accessible from Elevator 5 or 6. FAN MAIL: Fans can contact Chargers players directly at: Player Name c/o San Diego Chargers P.O. Box 609609 San Diego, CA 92160-9609 The Chargers Organization cannot assume responsibility for lost or misdirected articles. Due to a large volume of requests, the Chargers do not accept items to be signed by players or take responsibility for the return of personal items. 13

FEMININE PRODUCTS: Available at First Aid and at Club Level concierge desks. FIRST AID: The First Aid office is located on the Plaza Level between Gates F and G. An additional aid station is located on the Plaza Level at Gate N. FOOTBALLS: It is unlawful to throw or launch any object, including footballs, in the stadium parking lot. SDMC 59.0502(a)(1). Footballs, beach balls and similar objects are not allowed inside the stadium.

G GIFT SHOPS: In addition to the Chargers Team Stores at Gate G and Gate B, smaller gift shops are located inside the stadium at Field Level Section 28, Plaza Level Sections 5, 12, 38, 46, and 57, Club Level Sections 4, 18, and 38, and View Level Section 13, 28, and 35. They carry novelty items, apparel, NFL merchandise, sun care products, and batteries. GUEST SERVICES: The Guest Services office is located on the Plaza Level between Gates F and G. There are additional Guest Services locations at Club 8, Club 34 and View 25. Guest Services representatives will help answer questions regarding directions, promotions and stadium services.

H-K HOTLINE: Security personnel and Chargers representatives are available during the game to report fan conduct or security issues or to answer any questions you may have. Call (619) 641-5151. CHARGER GIRLS: Be a part of a halftime show with the San Diego Charger Girls and give back to the wonderful community of San Diego. Participants age seven to fifteen will have the opportunity to perform in front of 65,000+ fans at a Chargers home game and raise money for the 14

Make-A-Wish Foundation. For more information and an application, go to www.chargers.com/charger-girls. KIDS ID BRACELETS: ID bracelets that can be marked with seat locations are available at any Guest Services location.

L LEAVING THE STADIUM: Fans are not allowed to remain inside the stadium for more than one hour after the game ends. SDMC 59.0202(a) (10). All vehicles must exit the parking lot two hours after the game ends. SDMC 59.0502(a)(9). LOST CHILDREN / ADULTS: Any fan looking for a lost child or adult should contact the Guest Services office, located on the Plaza Level between Gates F and G. LOST & FOUND: Located at the Guest Services office on the Plaza Level between Gates F and G. After the game, please contact Stadium Security at (619) 641-3150.

M-N MURPHY’S: Located on the Plaza Level between Sections 19 and 23, Murphy’s offers a variety of food choices, beverages and cocktails and is open to the public. You must be 21 years of age to enter. NOISE-MAKING DEVICES: Musical instruments and other amplified or noise making devices are not allowed inside the stadium. SDMC 59.0202(a) (8). Small megaphones, less than 12 inches long, are acceptable. NO RE-ENTRY: For your safety and the safety of others, fans leaving the stadium before or during games will not be allowed re-admittance.

PAGING: The stadium Public Address System is not used for paging fans. Please visit any Guest Services location for assistance. If expecting an emergency telephone call, please leave your name and seat location at Guest Services Gate F. PARKING: We strongly encourage fans to arrive at least two hours before game time and to carpool. The stadium parking lot opens four hours prior to kickoff. Vehicles with pre-purchased parking permits can enter the parking lot five hours prior to kickoff. For advance purchase, please call (619) 281-PARK. The parking lot can be expected to reach capacity and close 90 minutes before kickoff. The lot closes two hours after the conclusion of the game. For Trolley and Amtrak®, see TRANSPORTATION on page 25, call 5-1-1 or visit www.chargers.com. PARKING LOT: The parking lot at Qualcomm Stadium opens four hours prior to kickoff. Vehicles with pre-purchased parking permits can enter the parking lot five hours prior to kickoff. Please be aware of services that are available and policies concerning the stadium parking lot. AAA COMPLIMENTARY ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE: The Auto Club is at Qualcomm Stadium during Chargers home games (1 1/2 hours after game start to 1 hour after game ends) to provide fans with complimentary roadside assistance. Please visit Guest Services Gate F for details. Vehicles requesting service must be parked in Qualcomm stadium. Certain restrictions may apply. CARPOOL: Fans are strongly urged to carpool to games! Plan your carpool to this season’s games by visiting www.iCommuteSD.com DROP-OFF AREA: Two public drop-off and pick-up areas are located on San Diego Mission Rd. outside the Main Gate (west-bound) and outside Gate 1 (east-bound). FAMILY PARKING (ALCOHOL FREE TAILGATE AREA): Families can purchase pre-paid parking permits for this designated parking area. 16

Alcoholic beverages are strictly prohibited. Permits are $20 per game and sold on a seasonal basis. To purchase, call (619) 281-PARK. GLASS BOTTLES: Glass bottles and containers are not allowed in the stadium parking lot. SDMC 59.0502(e). ILLEGAL PARKING: Vehicles illegally parked may be towed at the owner’s expense. LIMO PARKING: Limousines and hired charter vehicles are not allowed to enter the Main Gate of the stadium parking lot without a permit. A limited number of permits for a reserved parking area should be requested in advance by calling (619) 281-PARK. MOTORCYCLES & BICYCLES: Parking is located between parking areas F1 and G1. NOISE: For the enjoyment of all fans, amplified music and excessive noise which may cause a disturbance is prohibited. The City of San Diego prohibits excessive and annoying noise (SDMC 59.5.0502). OVERFLOW: Additional parking is located at the Mission City Corporate Center (just west of the stadium) at 2355 Northside Drive. Overflow parking is also available at San Diego State University, the Mission Valley Marriott and the Town & Country Hotel. Parking rates vary. From SDSU, the Marriott and Town & Country, purchase Trolley tickets before boarding the trolley to the stadium. For additional information on overflow parking, please visit www.chargers.com/stadium. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES: Throwing or spilling of objects or substances is prohibited in the parking lot. Groups wishing to promote, display or perform in the parking lot must have written permission in advance from the San Diego Chargers and the Qualcomm Stadium Manager. RECYCLING: Urban Corps of San Diego operates a recycling Buyback Center on game days, located near Lot J5 (Southwest corner) of the stadium parking lot. The recycling center accepts and pays cash for all CRV beverage containers with the “CRV” or “California Redemption 17

Value” logo including aluminum, glass and plastics. A professional sorting table is provided to expedite the process. The general public can drop off other recyclable non-CRV items such as paper, cardboard, plastics #3 - #7, etc however there is no cash redemption for such materials. The center is also open Wednesday thru Sunday from 8am – 3pm. For more info call (619) 954-7562. RESERVED PARKING: The Chargers offer several reserved parking options for season ticket holders. For more information or to purchase reserved parking, contact the Chargers Ticket Office at Gate D or call (619) 281-PARK. RING ROAD RESERVED: Reserve a designated parking space for your tailgate in advance and make it easier to enjoy a full day with food and friends, without the 5 a.m. wake-up call. Spaces can be reserved on a seasonal basis and in advance by calling (619) 281-PARK. RV PARKING: RVs and vehicles longer than 20 feet in length are required to park in the designated RV Parking area located in Section A3 of the parking lot. Enter at Gate 1 from San Diego Mission Rd. For advance purchase, please call (619) 281-PARK. SHUTTLE SERVICE: Super Shuttle, Qualcomm Stadium and the Chargers operate free courtesy shuttles throughout the parking lot before and after the game. For assistance contact Guest Services at Gate F or call the Chargers gameday hotline at (619) 641-5151. Shuttles are accessible for fans with disabilities. TAILGATE AREA: Reserve space in designated tailgate areas in advance by calling Ace Parking at (619) 285-9392. TAILGATING: Tailgating is allowed in your parking space only. SDMC 59.0502(a)(6). Designated Tailgate Areas can be reserved by calling Ace Parking at (619) 285-9392. Any tailgate which provides catered food service or furnishes a keg must provide proof of liability insurance and obtain a permit from the stadium. SDMC 59.0502(a) (10). TAXI STANDS: See TRANSPORTATION-TAXIS POWER PARTY: The Bud Light Chargers Power Party is the ultimate tailgate party featuring large screen TVs with NFL Sunday Ticket, great food and beverage selections, team merchandise, game, prizes and more. The Power Party takes place during the regular season at Section F2 in the Qualcomm Stadium parking lot and begins three and a half hours prior to kickoff. Admission is free and open to all ages. PROHIBITED ITEMS: To enhance public safety and significantly expedite entry into the stadium, the NFL strongly encourages fans to not bring any type of bags. Bags that are clear plastic, vinyl or PVC and do not exceed 12” x 6” x 12” , one-gallon (maximum) clear slider storage bag, and small clutch bags, approximately the size of a hand and not exceeding 4.5” x 6.5” are allowed. Prohibited items include, but are not limited to: weapons of any kind, bottles, cans, coolers, purses larger than a clutch bag, briefcases, backpacks, fanny packs, cinch bags, seat cushions, luggage, computer bags and camera bags or any bag larger than the permissible size. Food and factory-sealed plastic bottled water, 20 oz. or less (limit two per person) are allowed into the stadium. All items are subject to search and may not be admitted. Any object that can be considered or used as a weapon is not allowed inside the stadium. Objects with sharp edges or tips, including all metal and hard plastic costume accessories, are not allowed inside the stadium. Helmets and plastic head wear are allowed providing the item does not resemble the definitions above. Other items that are prohibited from entering the stadium include, but are not limited to: sticks, inflatable objects, laser pointers, flammable objects, stun guns, fireworks, lawn furniture, spray bottles, sports bottles, beach balls, frisbees, musical instruments, boomerangs, knives, mace and pepper spray, chains, balloons, sports balls, water guns, roller blades, skates, scooters, noise making devices and umbrellas. PUBLICATIONS: GAMEDAY MAGAZINE: The official game day program of the San Diego Chargers is published for all 10 Chargers home games and features Chargers players, opponent information, team updates, photos, 19

community information and more. Gameday Magazines can be purchased at entry gate kiosks as well as Gift Shops throughout the stadium. CHARGERS MEDIA GUIDE: This comprehensive guide provides you with team schedules, team history and player bios as well as career and personal information for each player. A digital version of the Chargers Media Guide can be downloaded at www.chargers.com. CHARGERS YEARBOOK: The San Diego Chargers Official Team Yearbook features a full-color layout, large photos of your favorite Chargers players, team schedule, roster, statistics, and more. The Yearbook can be purchased from the Chargers Team Store at Gate G and at select booksellers throughout San Diego. TAILGATE TIMES: For fans that bring their “Q” to Qualcomm Stadium, Tailgate Times is distributed at entrances to the stadium parking lot and includes player snapshots, Charger Girls, fan experiences and photos, game information and more.

R RAMPS: There are eight ramps which connect the Plaza Level to the Club, Loge, Press and View Levels. Ramps are located near Gates A, C, E, F, H, K, L and P. RECYCLING: Qualcomm Stadium, in partnership with the Urban Corps of San Diego, recycles over 80,000 pounds of aluminum cans, glass and plastic bottles. That is more than 250,000 bottles and cans diverted from landfills. You will also find new recycling bins under most light poles in the parking lot and near entrance gates. The Urban Corps San Diego also operates two buyback centers in the stadium parking lot. See PARKINGRECYCLING . RESTROOMS: Restroom facilities are located on all levels of the stadium. RETIRED JERSEYS: #14 - DAN FOUTS: From 1973-87, Dan Fouts (QB, Oregon) led the Bolts over 15 seasons, amassing a Hall of Fame career with 3,297 passes for 43,040 yards and 254 touchdowns and an 80.2 career passer rating. He also rushed for 476 yards and scored 13 touchdowns. Fouts was the foundation of the Air Coryell passing attack, leading the NFL in passing yardage four straight years from 1979-82, and became the first player in NFL history to throw for 4,000 yards in three consecutive seasons. Fouts’ jersey was retired on November 27, 1988. #19 - LANCE ALWORTH: Affectionately known as “Bambi” for his grace and spectacular moves during his 11 pro seasons, Lance Alworth (FL, Arkansas) was the first AFL member inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 1978. During his career he caught 542 passes for 10,266 yards, an 18.9 yard average and 85 touchdowns. In nine seasons with the Chargers he averaged more than 50 catches and 1,000 yards per season. Alworth’s jersey was retired on November 20, 2005. #55 - JUNIOR SEAU: Seau (LB, USC) was the heart and soul of the Chargers from 1990-02. Selected fifth overall in the 1990 NFL Draft, his stellar playing career was highlighted by a teamrecord 12 consecutive Pro Bowl appearances. Among numerous awards, he was selected as the 1994 NFL Man of the Year in recognition of community service, chosen as one of the 50 greatest Chargers of All Time and inducted into the Chargers Hall of Fame in 2011. A physical and emotional leader for more than a decade, his jersey was retired on September 16, 2012. 21

Please plan to allow plenty of travel time, especially for weeknight games. Fans can park free at many Green Line stations like Santee Trolley Square, Gillespie Field, the El Cajon Transit Center, Old Town, Morena/Linda Vista, Hazard Center (Lower Level only), Grantville and 70th Street.
