It is most likely to move westsouthwestwards and weaken further gradually.

High Wave/Ocean State warning for Andhra Pradesh Andhra Pradesh: High waves in the range of 2 – 2.5 meters are forecasted during 10:30 hours on 28-10-2016 to 23:30 hours of 28-10-2016 along the coast of Andhra Pradesh between Dugarajapatnam to Baruva. Current speeds vary between 203 - 254 cm/sec.

Warning: (i) Wind: Squally winds speed reaching 35-45 kmph gusting to 55 kmph is very likely to prevail along & off Andhra Pradesh coast during next 24 hours. (ii) Sea condition: Sea condition will be moderate to rough along & off Andhra Pradesh coast during next 24 hours. (iii) Fishermen Warning: Fishermen are advised to be cautious while venturing into sea along & off Andhra Pradesh coasts during next 24 hours. (iv) Rainfall: Light to moderate rainfall (1-6 cm) at many places is very likely to occur over Andhra Pradesh and north coastal Tamilnadu during next 72 hours with heavy rainfall (65mm or more) at isolated places during next 72 hours.
