Q9: Suggestions for FBCL We have 1731 detailed responses: n Many

mentioned that they were unaware of the services (such as homework services). Suggest to have orientation classes for these services (via Internet) n Book Collection: More for children & young adults (Katy and First Colony); non-fiction; large print; more history, science and philosophy; some series books are not complete; long waiting list for new releases. Many mentioned that they had to go to Harris County Public libraries. n Requesting new book: hope to be able to request new book online; want to have feedback on the status n Ebooks, DVDs & audio books: More selection; difficult to go through the steps to download; tutorial classes for ebook use; ILL for DVD, audio books. n Returning Books: Drive-up drop boxes; reminder before books are due

Programs: Many show interest in homework tutoring programs; language classes (such as Spanish); computer (Excel, PowerPoint, Mac) and tablet classes; Story time during weekends; move Monday Pajama night to Friday night. Hours: Longer evening hours for weekdays; Hope the libraries will be open during weekends (Sundays). Facility: Need more libraries in Katy; 99 and Mason; Travis High school; Wifi in parking lot Databases: academic journals, WWII references. Website: ILL (automatic fill-in); renew membership card online; pay fines online; want to have more than 10 items for hold; separate ebook from print during search; apps for Android and Apple International: Hindi, Spanish, Mandarin, Sanskrit Separate children and adults areas Study room: private paid tutors
