Summary Christopher Stefani, 42, of Lincoln was contacted at the location and arrested for outstanding warrants (possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia). Released on citation. Four juvenile suspects stole makeup. Unknown suspect(s) force entry to victim’s vehicle and stole a backpack. Unknown suspect(s) removed traffic dividers from roadway at the west end of Ferrari Ranch Rd and threw them into the pond. Unknown suspect in red and white Toyota was seen hitting trash cans. Known suspect tore victim’s shirt off and broke a window resulting in cuts on arm. Danielle Watson, 32, of Lincoln was contacted at the location and arrested for outstanding warrants (possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia). Released on citation. Pry marks on the front door, but no entry made per the store owner. Victim received checks from an online business. When cashing checks, it was determined that they were fraudulent. Unknown(s) suspect removed front license plate from victim’s vehicle. Alicia Applass, 54, of Lincoln was contacted at the location and found to be in possession of methamphetamine. Released on citation. Joseph Knight and Heidi Bottel, 44, of Fairfield, were contacted at the location. Knight was found to be in possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia. Bottel was arrested for providing false identification to a peace officer and was arrested for that charge and a warrant. Bottel was booked at the South Placer Jail and Knight was released on citation. Victim received scam call stating daughter had won a jackpot in Reno. Victim wired the unknown suspect $4800 to “pre-pay taxes” on the alleged winnings.

Unknown suspect used victim’s identity while being treated in a local emergency room. Victim received a bill for the service. Unknown suspect(s) stole a package from in front of the victim’s residence. Individual left wallet in restroom of local business. Upon return to retrieve, wallet was missing. Nicolas Ambrose, 28, of Roseville was contacted at the location and found to have two warrants out of Stockton. He found to be in possession of heroin and syringes, and was determined to be under the influence of drugs. He was released on citation at a local hospital. Unknown suspect broke into two vehicles at the location. Purses were removed from both vehicles and a credit card from one was used at a retail store in Roseville shortly after. Four female suspects entered a business and were seen stealing cosmetics. Antoinnette Augustus, 23, of Rancho Cordova was contacted nearby and arrested for shoplifting, providing false identification to a peace officer, and conspiracy. She was released on citation. Raul Carrillo, 33, of Sacramento was contacted at the scene of a vehicle accident and determined to be the driver of the solo vehicle. He was found to be under the influence drugs and was arrested. Booked at the South Placer Jail. Gustavo Ruiz, 31 of Lincoln was contacted during a traffic stop. He was arrested for a warrant (possession of methamphetamine) and booked at the South Placer Jail. Unknown suspect(s) forcibly entered a building and stole items. Unknown suspect(s) stole doormat from front door area. Thomas Brunette Jr., 22, of Rocklin, was contacted at the location and found to be in possession of drug paraphernalia. He was arrested and released on citation. Unknown suspect(s) established an internet account using victim’s identity, resulting in charges to the victim. Unknown suspect(s) vandalized water dispensing machine and removed cash. Miguel Ruelas, 46 of Lincoln was contacted during a traffic stop. He was arrested for several warrants (total bail $140,000) and found to be in possession of a meth pipe. Booked at the South Placer Jail Christopher Nichols, 51, of Lincoln was contacted during a traffic stop. During the stop he intentionally damaged a glass math pipe. He was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia and destroying evidence. Released on citation. Nallely Herrera,19, of Lincoln, was contacted at the location and found to have an active warrant (possession of methamphetamine and paraphernalia). Released on citation. Colleen Berger, 53, of Sacramento, was contacted during a traffic stop. She was arrested for driving under the influence of drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia, and driving while her license was suspended. Booked at the South Placer Jail. Larry Mays, 51, of Lincoln was contacted at the location and found to have a felony warrant (assault). He was arrested and booked at the South Placer Jail.
