Summary Douglas Sutton, 32, of Rancho Cordova was contacted during a traffic stop and found to be in possession of a meth pipe. He was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia and cited for traffic violations. Released on citation. The vehicle, which had not been registered since 2000, was towed. Unknown suspect(s) took $1500 from vehicle. Unknown suspect in bathroom opening packages and putting in her purse. Walmart Security handled. Unknown suspect took $700 worth of items and fled the store via fire exit. Josue Verdusco, 20, of Sacramento, was contacted at the location and found to have a felony warrant (burglary, drugs and theft). He was arrested and booked at the South Placer Jail. Unknown suspect took items on “porch pick-up” sales but did not leave payment. Gary Cox, 65, of Citrus Heights, was contacted at the location. He initially provided false identification. His true identity was determined and he was arrested for warrants. He was also found to be in possession of methamphetamine and a meth pipe. He was booked at the South Placer Jail. Andrew Sullivan, 22, of Lincoln, was contacted at the location and found to be camping on private property. Released on citation. Unknown female suspect kicked a female. Suspect gone upon arrival. Unknown suspect seen taking laundry cart and towels out of Lincoln Laundry. Unknown suspect(s) stole items from vehicle.

Unknown male suspect attempted to use a fake $100 bill and left. No vehicle description. Tony Gonzalez, 27, of Lincoln was contacted at the location and found to be under the influence of methamphetamine. He was booked at the South Placer Jail. Report of unknown suspect using individual’s social security card. Unknown suspect using power saw to remove items off the building & from inside the building. Unknown male suspect entered engine bay of fire station and took items from the storage area. Jose Lemus, 41, of Lincoln was contacted during a traffic stop and found to have warrants (possession of meth, possession of drug paraphernalia and traffic). Released on citation. Brandon Moses, 29, and Jacey Powell, 18, of Sacramento were contacted during a traffic stop. Moses was arrested for a warrant (possession of meth/paraphernalia). Powell was found to be in possession of meth, a pipe and syringes and was arrested. Both released on citation. Vehicle last seen sometime February 7. Unknown suspect(s) made charges on victim’s credit cards & opened credit cards using victim’s identity. Unknown suspect(s) broke into home. Papers reported missing. Rosalynn Vargas, 42, of Sheridan was contacted at the location and found to have warrants (possession of meth, possession of drug paraphernalia, and false information to a peace officer).Released on citation. Kylie Sullivan, 19, of Lincoln was contacted during a traffic stop. She was found to be in possession of methamphetamine, drug paraphernalia and marijuana. She was arrested and booked at the South Placer Jail. Loren Patrick, 28, of Lincoln was contacted at the location and found to be in possession of methamphetamine and a meth pipe. He was arrested and released on citation. Unknown suspect took out a loan in victim’s name. Unknown suspect(s) broke storage shed window and ransacked shed. Hole cut into victim’s fence and iron security door had been taken and propped against neighbor’s garage. Sergio Villa, 28, of Lincoln was contacted during a traffic stop and found to be in possession of a prescription drug (without a valid prescription). He was arrested and released on citation. Victim received package with contents missing. Victim reported access padlock on locked gate had been cut off.
