GI N Visit out Gin station to try our range of Local Tiptree Flavored Gins, paired with Fever-tree Tonics and a selection of mixers. The Wilkin family have been fruit farming at Tiptree, Essex, since the 1800s and still grow a wide range of traditional English varieties. Their crops are handpicked, and include strawberries, plums, apples and cherries. They grow in a sustainable manner, engaging the community with a long term approach. The Hayman family, local gin-makers since 1863, use a blend of natural botanicals to create their traditional London Dry Gin. Each small batch is crafted in their artisanal copper still, named ‘Marjorie’ after Grandmother Hayman. Tiptree fruits are combined with the gin to imbue their beautifully rich fruit notes.

Damson Gin Each damson plum is carefully hand-picked, then rested in locally distilled Hayman’s gin. The result is this delicious gin liqueur, offering the deep, velvet sweetness of English Damsons, with more than a hint of almond on the finish. Rhubarb Gin Rhubarb is one of the first crops of the year on the Tiptree Farm in Essex, where we have been growing fruit since the 1800s. Is it a fruit, or is it perhaps a vegetable? Either way, Tiptree English Rhubarb Gin Liqueur delivers that distinctive sweet, yet tart, combination. Scarlet Strawberry Gin These tiny, wild berries are hand-picked, then sent seven miles down the road to our friends, Hayman’s, in Witham. Our berries are rested in the gin, and the result is this delicious gin liqueur, offering bright, clean strawberry notes with a crisp background of juniper. Raspberry Gin Raspberries are amongst the most traditional of crops farmed on the Wilkin Estates at Tiptree, Essex. The result is this delicious gin liqueur, bursting with the fresh fruitiness of proper English raspberries.
