A Design Film Festival (DFF) relies on the generosity of volunteers each year. We seek volunteers from Singapore and the region, who share a passion for contributing to the development of independent film and design events. From content collaborations, to community relations and ticket collection, volunteers play an integral role in all areas of the Festival, whether it may be for the flagship event in Singapore or international editions. While benefits such as festival passes and merchandise await, the true reward of volunteering lies in bringing community and culture together and creating meaningful partnerships. To assist our team on a broad range of activities leading up to the festival — organising materials, general enquiries support, preparing tickets, liaising with film-makers, partners and suppliers, publicity, social media and more.
To welcome all attendees and provide assistance in ticket collection, merchandise sales and general enquiries support.
To welcome all attendees during the festival in providing directions and addressing general enquiries with a friendly smile.

We are able to offer a monthly allowance based on the level of contribution.
Uniform: Festival T-shirt and Volunteer credentials Refreshments: We provide light snacks and refreshments throughout the festival days in our Volunteer Hub. Lunch and dinner will also be provided on 5, 6, 12 and 13 September. Swag Bag: You’ll receive a tote bag (black or white of your choice), a pair of Tabi Socks (10 to choose from) and vouchers at BooksActually.
