Product and Policy Cmte action takers documentation. James offered our cmte to help with Membership prospects lists, etc. We are open to additional agenda suggestions from the committee members as issues arise under the purview of focus/structure committee.

Our Committee is asking FHAAN members to: 1. Review our web pages (www.FHAAN.org) for ideas and improvements. 2. Review our FHAAN Weekly News for ideas and improvements. 3. Suggestions for new work and support of existing committees 4. Volunteers to help us do all our important work. Ted asked Mick and David if call reports can be sent to cmte co-chairs and TAI Administrator after each call. David is unable, and Mick researching. Volunteer Cmte/request added to our FHAAN Weekly News for Excel management/entry, etc. Also forwarded each cmte co-chair their list of interested volunteers. Robert Reynolds offered to help with documenting our monthly agendas and notes. James to follow-up with Bob.

Ted to updated Operating Agreement form’s new URL to webbased membership application system. FHAAN Policy Advocacy Cmte: Good use of a turn-key system (Congress Web), especially identifying opportunities for our. Helpful to email elected, and cc others. Membership Cmte: Layne Kinney updating the DOH signin list.
Ted to follow-up with Mick. If too much $, ask for just full call.
